Every time I go to this place I have a bad experience. The staff is dirty and rude, and clearly incompetent because they have never gotten an order right. I just got home, excited to eat my food. I take one bite and my whole head is on fire. They gave me a bowl COMPLETELY doused in hot sauce when I didn’t order ANYTHING SPICY. I can’t eat my food it’s literally greasy spicy soup. I wish there was another kfc near me

Went through the drive thru 12-30-25, got 10$ bucket of chicken tenders, they came in a dinner box- French fry bag, 8 two an three inch tenders was cold, looked like it had been made 5 hrs ago. Swiveled up , pitiful! Won’t go there again!

Absolutely disgusting. All the reviews say “clean” and that is the last word I would use to describe this place. The bathrooms were revolting. Napkins and sauce littered the floor. The chicken was dry, the fries and slaw were inedible. I will not be coming back.

The food is great along with the service. The inside is a bit dirty – not too much… Except for the booth chairs. They smelled musty or body odor-y. I couldn’t tell which. But I didn’t bring it with me. They look like they could use some deep cleaning, as well.

An absolute nightmare of a restaurant. Lazy people in back walking around doing nothing while people are backed up to the street waiting for their order..for an hour! Yes an hour. And when my wife became fed up with the incompetence there by everyone she finally asked to cancel the order..and their response was..well we can make your order right now. He’ll no…get us out of this nightmare! Who owns this place? How to contact the owner directly? This place needs to fire everyone from the ground up to manager..and clean up the building..literally…..and start over.
