Would never eat here again. While dining out with my husband I found a hair in one of his chicken thighs. I brought it to the front to show that individuals at the register. Straight away the gentleman at the register was very understanding and kind. However the woman which I have since found out was the manager was rude, aggressive, and condescending. She yelled and went on a tirade saying the hair was mine and belittling me. I am hard of hearing and wear bilateral hearing aids which LEDs to me speaking higher then normal to which she continued to scream and berate me. After she left the gentleman apologized for her behavior. I wrote all this to say please be safe because none of the individuals were wearing hairnets or gloves. Very unsanitary and the large gray curly hair was proof enough. Do better in the future.

Do not waste your money on a 10 piece saucy chicken nuggets at KFC. This was a 10 piece meal! This with a biscuit, fries and medium drink almost $12. Water bottle lid for scale. There was not any meat, instead scraps. They were even too tough to chew. TOTAL WASTE! I spent $12 for a biscuit, a few fries and a drink. Disappointed

The employees including the manager thinks it’s funny to make fun of customers appearances as they walk in the door! My option is the manager needs to grow up act his age and be there manager not there friend and join in on child like behavior the food was okay the chicken wasn’t the best but the coleslaw and biscuits were great!

I stopped in paintsville kfc to get the tasty kfc 4pc deal. Which came with breast thigh leg so forth. And mashed potatoes and gravy and two biscuits. I got two orders which cost $21. Ok but after getting home the chicken was strips and a one biscuit. I pointed it out on menu and I repeated my order several times. And it was still wrong. I think the strips was a cheap way to do the promotion. Which strips were not even offered on the promotion. Oh yea if you’re constipated get the dipping sauce. Screen door comes to mind. Check your order but I’m done with them. It’s always something

The best friendly atmosphere. Tori Ferguson works the drive thru and always a smile and how are you. Helped me tremendously on a busy day when she didn’t have too. And yes the manager is so sweet and professional along with the other employees. Seems to a place for home cooking when you want chicken.

About 75% of the time its great, 25% of the time they completely over cook their food (livers especially) even when asked for fresh livers, straight outta the deep fryer, they came out very dark and crunchy. If not for the very friendly service and awesome employees that take the order I would’ve gave lower stars.

My best friend and I went there today for my 61st birthday and my chicken breast was to crispy on the skin but what was worse was the potato wedges they were so hard I picked some bites off each wedge and by the end I had almost all of the wedges in the box plate and they shorted me my cookie. I would have complained be I couldn’t do that to my friend she had tenders and mashed potatoes hers were good.
