I Bought A 10 Piece Feast And Didn’t Get All That I Ordered. They Forgot To Give Me Gravy. Also I Waited Along Time And Also The Baked Beans Tasted Like They Was A Couple Days Old.This Was At Inez, KY KFC/Taco Bell.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen in years. We ordered a 16 piece meal and was told to pull around front and they was waiting on chicken to come up. We sat around front for 30 minutes and was told it would be 15 minutes. My husband went in and they sorry forgot to drop chicken it will be up in a few minutes. It took another 15 minutes and the manager never offered sorry or anything just handed the bag to him and here you go. I will never ever go back to this place. If I can stop anyone from eating there I will. Customer service is suppose to be number one but not at this place. Don’t go there they are terrible.

Being a Kentuckian, I have always loved KFC food. This is why it really pains me to write this review. Their mashed potatoes taste like they added hot water and nothing else to a cheap box of instant potatoes, their chicken is always old and dry. But the thing that gets on my nerves the most about this place is how I can order the exact same thing one day and pay a completely different price for it the next day. I am not talking about a few cents, either. I have paid several dollars more for the same thing two days in a row. One day I went through the drive thru and wanted to order a family meal I saw on the menu board for $20. They tried to charge me like $35 for this same meal, even though it said $20 on the menu! When the girl at the window asked the manager, she said “the price has been raised for a while now,” like it is my job to know when they change their damn prices! I would not of even said a word about it if had only been a dollar or two, but almost $15 more for something is ridiculous.

Edited for visit on 03/17/2023: I love KFC but I have to admit that this location has really disappointed me in the past few months. Although their closing time is listed as 10:00PM, do not expect to be able to get what you want any time after 6:00PM. I visited their Inez location today at 7:12PM and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a 1 piece breast meal. Once I got to the drive-thru window I was told that they did not have any chicken breast so I asked how long it would be before they would have any and after checking, the young lady at the window stated that it would be at least 30 minutes and that’s only if they decided to drop any more chicken breasts and this is not the first time this has happened. I just think it’s ridiculous for them to stay open until 10PM when they refuse to make more chicken after 6PM. I also love KFC biscuits and several times in the past few months, the biscuits that I received were so old and hard that they were impossible to eat so I wasted my money on inedible food. If you are lucky enough to get there earlier in the day while the food is actually fresh then you will love it even with the high prices. I really hate returning food because I realize fast food workers have a hard exhausting job and I don’t want to make things any harder on them but since I’ve easily wasted over $50 in the past 3 months on old inedible biscuits and chicken, I think the next time I receive old food I’m going to actually attempt to return it for either a refund or fresher replacement and see what happens. I have to say I would somewhat recommend KFC in Inez if you are able to order before 5PM but any later than 5PM and you should just go somewhere else.
I visited KFC/Taco Bell today and they were super busy. The drive through line was completely around the building so I went inside to order because I thought it would be quicker. I had to wait over 10 minutes on my food and I had a complicated order and once I received it the only thing that was incorrect was my mashed potatoes had gravy when they were supposed to be without gravy. The dark haired lady who was running the drive through quickly got the correct mashed potatoes and made sure to ask if I needed any sauces or condiments. She was very nice and very professional and was going around keeping the other workers going and fixing any mistakes. She also wished me a good night as I was leaving. So overall the service was a little slow which was to be expected since it was so busy but the food was amazing and the dark haired lady who was mainly working drive through and fixing mistakes was phenomenal, I really wish I would have gotten her name. I would recommend this restaurant to others.

My friend and I ordered chicken thru the drive thru, we were supposed to have gotten a bucket all breast, 1all thighs, we ordered extra of each side,Cole slaw, mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese and gravy, and extra biscuits. Well when we got to my daughter’s we planned having the chicken, there were only 4 breast and 4 thighs, 1 mashed potatoes, 1 gravy, 2 slaw, 2 Mac n cheese and the biscuits were raw, and smashed. That won’t feed 7 people. We were cheated.

Decent chicken at the KFC. But I mean really how great of food can you expect from a chicken joint that’s slinging tacos and nachos out of the same restraint. ONLY,in Martin Co. But actually I stopped amdngot.rhe chicken.littles and Cole slaw with a.bisquict an a coleslaw and I had no complaints this time other than they forgot a few items. I mean let’s face it if we have to keep turning around and going back cause some teeny bopper only listened to a third of your order and only got half of that right and that was that it was a 2 go order and they put in a bag and handed it out the window and then to get a tacobell order whem.ypube ordered KFC then it’s getting bad. Let’s pray some kind of management heys ahold of that place.

Go in, order two twenty dollar meal deals, got to the car didn’t give me my add ones,”chicken livers, mashed potatoes,etc…… get home set everything out and only got one meal deal, now got to drive 30 minuets back to get the rest of my food!!! Extremely bad service,and not the first time this has happened. Never again.
