Tonight me and some friends went through drive thru and got a Baja blast and it tasted so bad and didn’t have much syrup in it. They said they had just changed it but never made a new drink for us but just told us that there was nothing wrong with it and told us to keep the NASTY drink.

I had a good experience at this KFC and really loved the food. I ordered the family-style 8-piece crispy chicken with sides of mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and biscuits. The chicken tasted very crispy, the biscuits were fluffy, and the other sides also tasted delicious. I really enjoyed my authentic KFC meal in Kentucky. The service is also good and the food came out quickly. I’d definitely recommend going to this KFC.

The staff here is very nice and always a joy to talk with when times for them are slow. The managers are amazing and understanding as well! They’re always fast at making food, and quick to fix any mistakes you may have. And give amazing service and are quick to assist you with anything. Theyre always quick to take your order as well! It’s amazing that you can get taco bell or KFC at this location!

Be advised that if you want the old Honey barbecue wings, they use the Hot and Spicey wings that suck and dip them in Honey barbecue . Obviously this changes the flavor, not in a good way. Terrible policy KFC.

Placed a online order and took 20 minutes to get to restaurant. Once there the was serving people that came in after me the same things i order. Tell me i would have to wait another 15 minutes. Run completely awful and incompetent.

This is the slowest place and there wasn’t even hardly any customers. They wear gloves and run the cash register, push buttons on screens, pick things off the floor and then with the same gloved hand pack chicken in boxes. I guess the gloves are to protect their hands. Gross. I don’t mean to single this girl out for there were a total of 3 girls that were handling food this way.

Well, I didn’t eat KFC, I had Taco Bell. Which is inside KFC. Had a veg Mexican pizza and coleslaw. It was severely lacking in tomatoes and covered in way too much cheese. The cost of coleslaw and a bottle of water is outrageous. The tables were dirty. Sorry, I usually try to be positive but I can’t this time.

This location is a seemingly newly designed KFC that distinguishes it from many other KFC’s in the area with new signage and decorations. Very friendly staff. Eating areas and bathrooms were very clean. However, the faucet in the men’s bathroom didn’t work – they didn’t seem to offer me a solution and just said they’d mention it to the manager. I jumped in the women’s bathroom to wash my hands, but still there should be a way to wash hands in both bathrooms.
