This is one of the best fast food places you can go to in Harlan in my opinion. They are always so nice, and service is so fast everytime I order! Honestly the staff is so unprofessional and downright rude.. picked up food here and the guy at the register was wonderful but I can not say that about the woman helping him she was absolutely awful to the guy. Also some woman in the kitchen working screamed cuss words loud enough for the entire lobby to hear. Would love to say I had a great experience but it was one of the worse. Terrible atmosphere.

They undercook their chicken a lot, and for the price you pay for it the food isn’t up to par! I am not paying $25 for eight pieces of undercooked ! Now, when good employees work there the food is great and the price is worth it. Their portions are of good size when you take it home to feed your family.

Went there 6/2 at 7pm. Hot bar was practically empty, all the table and chairs were extremely dirty. I ordered a #4 , food was good and fresh. Floor was dirty, no ice, on the Pepsi machine the water spout was broken , sprayed water everywhere.

Weather Service is kind of going downhill and the food is not getting much better and used to be a real good real good food to eat the chicken used to be real good have a real good taste to it the biscuit used to be real good and fluffy the coleslaw used to be real good I used to be able to live off the coleslaw and biscuits and maybe get a chicken leg every once in awhile but now it seems like the drive-through every once in awhile I was worth going through and that’s about it so the rest of it he’s got a bland taste to it it’s got no kind of spice taste to it I mean it’s it seems like would dropping it on the floor and throwing it back in the basket in my opinion and the worst thing is they looking real busy and evidently the people around here like it kind of food so I hope they get to taste up and the service more polite and more friendly I’m still throwing food at you so anyway that’s my opinion
