I went thru the drive thru tonight and the 2 ladies working were great. One explained that if you order the meal a certain way you come out better! I appreciate that. It is good customer service and the other complimented my nails which I thought was really nice. I had a great experience. They went above and beyond.

We occasionally do a mobile order for my large family from here. Everything is always accurate, fresh, and the staff has aways been friendly. Sometimes we even dine in and the lobby is nice and always pretty clean.

I dont know who supplies you guys with chicken but the last 2 buckets I got the breasts were like they came from a sick chicken. The legs weren’t hardly any bigger than your thumb. Daggone it, things are expensive, I get it, but when I buy chicken from a grocery store that’s 3x the size something is wrong. I cant even find chicken that small. The breasts are rediculous. Your chicken tastes great, and the crew is as well but KFC seems to scrape the bottom of the barrel with their portions. The price should reflect what your getting. Not from me anymore.

The manager, Tera/Tara is grossly incompetent and rude too. Sold out of chicken by 6:45 on a Monday, what I did order had to be cooked, but somehow the strips tasted like seasoned leather made yesterday? Won’t be back to the 127 location, ever!

Always great food. Sometimes you may have to wait for fresh chicken but thats better than having old dried up chicken. Worth the wait. Service is always excellent.

Tasty chicken, friendly, fast service. Only gave 3 stars for the fact that we were charged 20 cents each for a cup for water. No caffeine free/sugar free beverages are offered, so water is our only choice. UPDATE: 11/05/24- Picked up a bucket for our ministry, and received chicken that was grossly UNDERCOOKED, and the coating was all fallen off the pieces. Removing my stars.
