I ordered a $20 double mash meal and got home and the food was completely unedible. The chicken was cold and stale and the sides were very poorly portioned. My wife called and requested a replacement meal and after driving back there a few days later, with receipt in hand, I was told her name was not “written in a book” and denied the replacement I was promised. Will never eat here nor recommend this place to anyone as long as I live

Going weekly for a while and each time the staff is extremely friendly and very personal. It’s so nice to go somewhere and have drive thru speak to you instead of handing you your order. Even when they’ve had to bring the food out to us while waiting still greeted with friendly chat. Thanks KFC Tates Creek for being extra friendly…

Whenever we go through this drive thru, we have to rethink our orders because they never have what you want ready to go. Can I get four chicken wings? Nope. Can I get two chicken breasts? Nope. So much for fast food chicken. Also be prepared for long waits and incorrect orders.
