I can only speak on the food as I ubered my food to the door (13min away)
Seems like they ran out of fries, honey, dipping sauce and managed to find the biscuits in their couch and the chicken may or may not have been re fried 3 or 4 times.
Was pretty excited initially to try KFC in Kentucky.

Drive thru speaker doesn’t work, employees had to walk outside to tell me to order at window. Older building needs work.
Service was good.

The fries were terrible and tasted awful. I will never return to this place again, and the person at the window was rude. I said “thank you” after he handed me my food, but he just stared at me and closed the window. Please avoid this place at all costs. I dont trust them cooking my food.

Seems like since the prices have gone up your quality went down. After 29yrs, I’ll never go to this location ever again. Just looking at the chicken received made me lose my appetite. It looks like someone pulled off the best part, the Skin, on one Breast and the other was just sad looking. Maybe Eric Cartman was working there.

I ordered the wing (honey bbq,) & wedge combo, along with a spicy chicken sandwich. First of all. I received hot and spicy wings, not the honey bbq and my sandwich was cold. Secondly, I sat in the drive thru forever with noone else in line. Finally I said something and the girl working the drive thru finally answered and told me to hold on… I then order, get to the window to pay, while waiting the girl was talking to other co-workers loudly about her starting her period.. Gross… I decide not to return my food because I feel like these workers would probably spit in it.. I tried some of it and then decided to just toss it all bc it was horrible and lost my appetite. Hopefully I don’t get food poisoning or anything else. Will not be back.

The whole place felt dingy from the moment we made it to the entrance doors. The bathrooms were disgusting, the tray we had our plates placed on was filthy, the tables were grimy, the booth divider glass was disgusting, and that isn’t the worst part. The chicken didn’t even taste like KFC chicken. It was most definitely missing one or more of that famous 11 herbs and spices we all love. The gravy was terrible and I couldn’t put my finger on why. The biscuits tasted of nothing more than flour, I know what you are thinking, they ARE made of it after all, but it was literally pure flour. We didnt hardley eat and it was the worst waste of $20. Not to mention the senior price offers no discount for our seniors and it the same price for a regular buffet. We will never risk our health again by eating at this establishment. I pray we dont end up with food poisoning after what little we consumed. Very highly unsatisfied and disappointment.

I was out of state and staying the night at a hotel. My chicken didn’t taste good. My husband said it was the worst kfc he’s ever had. He said the grease tasted burnt. I threw up about 30 minutes later.

Been charged for extra items I DID NOT RECEIVE twice now. This is the over cooked, held wayyyyyyy past the hold time, extremely hard chicken that they served. Any servsafe manager would be appalled by this. As a GM for another restaurant I’m absolutely embarrassed for this restaurant. They need to shut down until management can take their food handlers and servsafe again. Serving food like this WILL MAKE PEOPLE SICK. I had to throw mine away.

The food is great, I am rather biased, since I’ve grown up loving KFC Fried Chicken. The atmosphere was good enough, nothing special, typical for fast food restaurants.
This day, they were horribly short staffed, no one managed the drive thru. However, those there were managing to stay calm and keep up with the orders.
