I never give any establishment 1 star, but let me say this, I love me some chicken, I’m a very outgoing person so I admit I can be annoying but as I pulled around to the drive through and tried to start ordering a rude and loud lady said “what do you want” in an exasperated tired sigh which would be understandable if they where busy (they were not) as I tried to order the new chicken tenders she told me to pull around but I wanted some wedges I told her to hold on and she told me my total again and told me to pull around, so I said it’s okay fine I’ll just try these tenders, as I get to the window she slams open the drive through window and grabs my card and slams the drive through window shut again and then she hands me my card, I sit for about 4-5 minutes which I don’t mind to wait at all, she slams open the window AGAIN and hands me my food, I grab my food and I tell her have a nice day and she replied “yup” again that’s fine I don’t expect people to be always willing to respond to my nice gestures I wasn’t even upset at this point I was like okay time to eat, when I opened my little box I bit in to one of the tenders and they were cold, old, and hard! I was thinking about dipping it in some sauce but I didn’t even have any because I was to afraid to ask for anything else I didn’t wanna bother the lady at the window, overall there’s no way I could give over a 1 star review.

We just went through the drive through. It was around 8:30 pm. Everything fresh and hot. Our dr pepper needed to be fixed, and that was done and upgraded. How sweet. Friendly and smiling staff.

As someone who spends hours upon hours traveling out of state for work, i dont want to eat in my car like a homeless person.
This is laziness. Its not like kfc anywhere hires extra people for the dining room anyways. They all make the drive thru person handle dine in too.
Do better.
Its kentucky. Kentucky fried chicken, not eat in your car like its cheap chicken from the deli at the grocery store. I might as well go to the grocery store and save some money if i have to eat in my car.

The music is way too loud. Also, why is it that you don’t have senior discounts, veteran and first responder discounts? The mash potatoes could be a lot thicker and the biscuit wasn’t cook inside of it. Chicken and chicken sandwich were good. The place was clean and the folks that work there were pleasant and had neat appearance as well.

Ordered online and went to restuarant they wanted to split my chicken order because they couldn’t make nomore, and than came to window saying they didn’t have biscuits. Staff was rude when asking to just cancel, and gave number to call !!! Very poor service !!!

Lobby was closed, pieces of corn in bag and stick boxes when there was no corn in the order, boxes had dried mashed potatoes stuck to the bottom both boxes. Asked for ranch and charged 15cents per ranch when no sauces were given with each meal.
