Ordered 2 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a biscuit from the drive thru. My order took over ten minutes to make. The chicken was tiny with barely any meat on the he bones and it wasn’t cooked right. I asked for extra crispy and they gave me original recipe. When I made my concerns know, they said that was all they had and to just “deal with it!” Overall, the food and service were terrible and the employees were rude. Never getting food from here again!

Ordered legs and thighs original with 2 sides. Got 2 thighs and 6 wing pieces, dry and hard. Probably been made over 3 hours. I will never order from Hillview ever again. Wanted us to bring it back. It was supper time, everyone hungry, would’ve had to go back out in work and school traffic. Ridiculous and very poor customer service.

Went through the drive thru today and waited 15 min behind a car before pulling up to the windows. Once I finally got to the window I was approached with a very bad attitude. Sat there for 15 more minutes before being asked to pull to the side and wait. I pulled up and went inside to get my order and finally after 40 total minutes there and dealt with two different women with very bad attitudes, I was able to leave. We go here once every couple of months and always have a problem here. I don’t understand why they can’t get better management or just shut it down completely. The workers there are just plain nasty and lazy

On Sunday(12-14) my husband went into this facility and placed a future order of 176 pieces of chicken for a church function that was to take place the following Sunday(12-21). On Saturday(12-20), my husband called and verified with the manager that everything was still a go for the large order and received confirmation. Well on Sunday(12-21), I went to pick up the large chicken order from this store between the time frame that was agreed upon and found out that they had not made a single piece of chicken for our order. The function started at 1:00pm and the current time was 12:45pm. They told me it would take at least an hour to make that much chicken. After going back and forth with the manager, trying to be as patient as possible… she began raising her voice at me. This was a failure on her part and I was treated so disrespectfully. I was offered cake for my inconvenience and for them to deliver my order to the function over an hour late. No thanks. I am still in shock at how this manager spoke to me and not only to me, to other customers as well that were having an issue with their food. I will never be back. She should be fired. Her name was Nona.

so i pull up to the drive thru and automatically start getting rushed, i had 2 orders for me and my co-worker, i ordered for my co-worker and while i was still verbally placing my order the rude lady at the window asked if i wanted original or crispy, before i was able to answer she says ok it’ll be original, then im asking for a pepsi and she interrupts and barks out what side, then i start to order my order and before i can let her know what 3 pc box i want she barks out tenders? or pieces/ crispy or original, i had not even had the chance to finish saying what i wanted, then i get to the window and she says “pulling up here looking like a deer in headlights”, wow! what a rude person, had not been there in months, and will never go back/ to be bullied and rushed while ordering kfc is un-called for and this employee apparently is very annoyed when ppl come to kfc to order food. this older white woman is a perfect example of why this county is going down the tubes when it comes to customer service and treating ppl with respect. shameful, sad and embarrassing for this company to have such a waste working for them.

Avoid this Hillview KFC. My husband found this huge clump of hair in his drink today. This is absolutely disgusting. We immediately called them and told them what happened and they hung up on us. They took no accountability for there actions. Accident or not! We then called corporate and they had the audacity to argue with us over requesting a full refund. This is absolutely unacceptable and so freaking nasty!!!!!

Sitting here watching my fiance from the car. He waited for 10 minutes in line at the counter behind the woman that walked in first, because her pickup order was not prepared and ready. He then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to prepare our PRE-ORDER. The app made us wait 5 minutes while they “prepare” our order, to tell us the order was ready, when it clearly was not. There also isn’t a “shelf” to pick up an order at this Preston location, like the app tells you to use. In total we’ve waited 25 minutes for FAST FOOD. DO BETTER! Or at the VERY least, get it together with the app, and stop trying to operate like a pizza place.
Edited to add: They also did not include the sauce we requested. We received extra biscuits that we didn’t even want or ask for, and would’ve rather our food been on time.
