Tonight was the second time I walked in around 6:30pm. The first time (January 2, 2026) I ordered the 12-piece Meal, Original, but was told there would be a 20-minute wait for Original breasts, that they only had Extra Crispy breasts. I don’t care for their Extra Crispy, but accepted it anyway because I didn’t want to wait that long. I also ordered wedges (which, when I got home, I realized I didn’t get). I called the store and the manager said (naturally) that I could come back to get them or get a refund the next time I came. The next time I went, which was tonight, I ordered the same 12-piece Meal (along with the wedges I didn’t receive last time) and was told AGAIN there was a 30-minute wait. I wasn’t willing to wait, so I told them never mind and that I would just get my refund for my wedges (because I decided at that time that I would not go back). The manager (a black woman with blonde hair pulled in a short ponytail and a red cap or scarf on her head) said she needed to call [somebody] because they don’t give refunds. She said I would have to take the replacement wedges. I ordered wedges here before and was told that they make the wedges only when they are ordered (so there would be a wait even just for the wedges). I definitely wasn’t going to do that. She said she absolutely could not give me a refund. She said because it was “20 days ago.” I told her that I had informed the manager I spoke to at the time that I didn’t know when I would be back, and she told me whenever I came back was fine. Incidentally, this same person dropped a bunch of to-go containers (they were black round ones) on the floor. She picked them up, walked PAST the trash can & tossed them in a yellow bucket filled with some kind of liquid. My only assumption was that she was going to simply rinse them (either in water, or in the liquid she tosses them in), and use them to put customers’ food in and serve to the public!! I will never, never go back here!! On top of the poor management and customer service, I don’t trust that they practice safe food-handling. I just read their reviews, and they definitely deserve the low ratings they have been given! They haven’t been open for terribly long, I don’t believe. Because of the horrible customer service, and poor management they need to hire a new crew and start from scratch. How can a “chicken” restaurant NOT have a steady flow of…CHICKEN? Also, how often does a Regional manager visit this store (unannounced)? KFC, you care about protecting the KFC brand, someone in Corporate should address these reviews immediately!! In any case, I won’t go back!!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this place has by far the slowest service. I’ve ordered here several times, and the food is never ready. I always end up waiting in the parking lot or having to go inside. The only reason I keep ordering here is because I live close by. Don’t get me wrong—the food is good—but the wait time is just way too long. Please do better.

KFC was okay overall. The chicken was crispy and hot, but the flavor wasn’t as bold as I expected. The sides were decent, especially the mashed potatoes, but the coleslaw tasted a bit off. Service was a bit slow even though it wasn’t very busy. The place was clean, but the seating felt cramped. Not bad for a quick bite, but not something I’d go out of my way for.

Went inside waited 30 minutes to get food. And they got attitude with me for asking how much longer the tenders had. Will never go back to this KFC. Employees are very nasty to the customers they act like it’s or fault that it’s taking them so long to get your food out. I just dont understand why the head person in charge up there dont do something about the way their employees are.

We ordered online. Showed up the time it was supposed to be ready. It was not ready. It took 14 more minutes. The employees gave my son attitude for even showing up to pick up our order. One employee was detailing her car with KFC supplies. When we finally got food home the chicken was stale and hard. My son got sick after eating it. As a former business owner, I can tell you this location will go out of business if the owner does not clean house and hire some employees that want to work and have better attitudes!

The employees here have no class whatsoever. This is the second time I’ve come here, and they tell me that if I take too long to order, I’m going to have to park and come inside. There won’t be a third time. I won’t be back. The employees are more worried about their window times than customer satisfaction. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Keep acting like people don’t have unlimited options out here.
