Bought 8pc chicken meal, did not expect this size of chicken will count as 1. Most kfc will count this as 0.5 and give u an extra small to compensate. Never expi this before. The buscuit is bigger than 7 of the chicken i had. This type of services why we see less kfc around. Tsk

I placed a mobile order at 10am, ready by 10:15.
Sitting here over 30 mins, told repeatedly “we ain’t open” even though the store clearly opens at 10am.
Staff was sneaking her bf in or out, which is why I assume the store was “closed” during business hours.
Was told pull ahead, and waited 15 mins before I had to pull back to the drive thru and got the same “we ain’t got no food” when she answered.
Told her I’m still waiting for my food, she clarified I wasn’t door dash (so she could know if I cared enough to complain), and said pull to the window.
I know it’s fast food, but the lack of any responsibility or respect is deplorable. Idk what to expect anymore, but even among kfc, this spot was awful.

I went to this KFC to buy their chocolate cake. I waited around 10 minutes in line, which was fine since I really wanted the cake. But when I finally got it, I was disappointed. The cake was still frozen, like it came straight from the freezer, and it even had some damage at the bottom that looked like it had been handled poorly. For something I waited that long for, I expected it to be fresh and ready to eat, not frozen and damaged.
I really hope management pays attention to this and improves the quality of the desserts.

How are you 2 different stores and only serve one of them? Worst mountain dew fountain drink I’ve ever had . Lobby was locked and closed . But somehow there was a family inside eating at a table explain that. Guess you have to know someone that works inside to be able to eat at the establishment. Person working the drive thru acted like they didn’t even wanna take our order. Then we had to wait like 10 – 15 minutes for it. The food wasn’t even hot considering we waited that long for it. will not be returning to this location.

This was the most unpleasant food I’ve had to eat in a long time. the fries and biscuit tasted so much better and edible. the chicken was very chewy and rubbery and the breading fell off no problem. I will never eat kfc again the chicken doesn’t taste the same it did two years ago! It was a younger white male there he told me it would be a 4 minute wait I ended up waiting a extra 10 minutes after being told to pull to the side I don’t mind the wait just don’t tell me one thing and it be another I don’t like leaving reviews bad ones considering I’ve been a assistant manager in a fast food restaurant before just because you want your window times to look good don’t mean they are making customers happy I asked him politely to put the sauces I wanted in the bag for me he didn’t I had to pull back around to the window for a new drink and for sauce I asked for and it wasn’t busy at all I was the only car there. Would rather spend my money elsewhere don’t eat at this location if you’re expecting good food and fast service because you won’t get it

Probably the slowest KFC Taco Bell in the nation. Over 25 minutes to get a basic order of potato wedges and mashed potatoes. They were not busy at all. Ended up having to walk into the location after sitting in my vehicle for a very extended amount of time. I was ready to just ask for my money back, but I knew they probably could not comprehend how to do that. I would highly recommend driving the extra mile or two to the real KFC or Taco Bell on Newcut. This place needs to be shut down. It is a waste of real estate.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location does believe in wearing gloves while handling food or food safety. I would recommend going to any other location or Popeyes if you want good somewhat warm food. Took over 20 minutes just to make a chicken sandwich, fries, and hand me a cup. They also gave me the wrong size fries and drink. An order that should of taken 10 minutes max turned in a 35 minute ordeal. You think with a kiosk they would be more efficient but it’s literally the exact opposite.

I wish wish wish I could give this place a -5 star. Worst possible restaurant I’ve been to. Wait was 15 mins at the drive thru. Came home and the food was completely trash. My taco bell crunch wrap had NO MEAT in it. NO MEAT. It was so messy and fell apart before I even picked it up.. shut this place down.

Instead she yelled back at me regretting me with a attitude. Didn’t appreciate that. I work in the food industry and that’s not how you work a drive thru.
