Our experience at this KFC was like a step back in time! Upon entering the store the warm smell of fresh cooked chicken enliven the senses. The dining area was spotless. They were busy, so it took a minute or two for a very friendly young man in a clean uniform to take our order. Looking into the kitchen area, it was spotless, I mean absolutely spotless! The floor was clean, no greasy film, no stuff ground into the grout. The stainless steel was gleaming. We received our food with a smile and sat down at a spotless table. The chicken bowl was packed with chicken and good stuff. My wifes pot pie was steaming hot, and she said oh so delicious!! Folks, this store was busy, but the crew, four people, worked with efficiency, no screaming, no passing the excuse, just total teamwork moving the cars through drive-thru promptly. We will definitely go back often.

I honestly wouldn’t even rate this with 1 star if I didn’t have to.
A few minutes before 9pm on 05/01/2025 I pulled to the drive-thru speaker. Moments later I was created with, “we’re not serving some of our menu items at this time.” I said, “ok, what are you not serving?” The young lady then asked what I was wanting. I told her the spicy chicken & nugget big box.
The manager then came over the speaker and offered to sub the filet on my sandwich for tenders. She stated that the filet and nuggets need to be cooked so there would be a wait time. I told her that I was ok with waiting.
She continued to offer subs so I asked her how long the wait would be. It was 11 mins on the filet and 4 mins on the nuggets. Ok, I’m cool with that ♀️I assured them I prefer fresh items anyway so I don’t mind waiting. I got to the window and did not get a greeting so of course I’m trying to see what the young ladies name tag says.
After paying she asks me to pull around. My food came out about 15 mins later so that was great considering it was cook-to-order. However, I realized after leaving the window that I wasn’t handed a receipt or asked if I needed sauces. The young lady brought these things back out to me where I then realize her name is Kyndal.
Kyndal def doesnt have very good customer service skills. The sandwich was a mess but the kid still liked it so that’s a plus. I’m honestly just trying to figure out why 4 of the last 5 times I’ve been to this location there have been issues with the order, short staff, and no available menu items.
What’s going on with this location? I think you need to look into this KFC. You can’t keep people and are t getting customers for a reason and it’s starts at the top.
Oh, I forgot to mention that the lobby was also closed BEFORE 9pm!

I called at 8:04pm and asked if they have fresh chicken, worker puts me on hold and comes back and says yes ma’am. Husband gets in the car and gets there ( not even 5min down the road) pulls up to the drive thru and they tell him they are trying to close early and only chicken they have is wings and legs.
We haven’t eaten there in a long time because the last time we ate there my biscuit was bigger than my thigh and the money you pay for a meal isn’t worth it.

Ordered 8 piece meal,not only did I have to park and wait 20 minutes after paying the order was incorrect.i ordered half original and half crispy.Got all original.Got home and the bucket had brown oil inside and when I placed chicken on my plate,brown I guess oil ran out all over the plate.The chicken was hot but tasted like dirty cooking oil.I would not recommend this KFC to nobody! This was the 3rd strike at this KFC.Sorry I had to even rate with a 1 in all categories.Terrible in every category imaginable.Yuk,Yuk,Yuk!!!!!!

I haven’t been to this location in a long time and decided to try it out again, and regretted it. I got a 3 piece meal with 3 thighs and they was almost comically small. There was at most 3 tbsp. of meat on each thigh. Complete waste of money don’t come here.

I feel bad for the staff, they’re all ways overwhelmed and can never keep up, even when only mildly busy . always messing up orders and meals always take 30 + minutes. I’m sure it’s hard to keep staff if the place can never run correctly and customers are always mad. I’m not sure if it’s staffing or what but this place needs to be reexamined

Was there today about 140 pm. Like to never got waited on. Food wasn’t what ordered and was old. Biscuit was hard as a rock.
As I’m setting there eating a lady comes out doing trash. Takes bag of trash out and set it right by me and the wall. All I could smell was trash.

This is only my 2nd time visiting kfc since they opened thw new location. Though I’m sure it was long overdue for a renovation and everyone is most likely enjoy and appreciating the new work environment……I sadly am not happy about the long john silvers not being an option as my family never ordered the kfc only the fish and shrimp!!
Putting that aside and only reviewing today’s experience with what I did order and the service I did receive.
10 minutes after returning home neither my husband or myself are eating at all.
His because he damn near choked to death even had to give him the hymleck maneuver due to a piece of grissel from his chicken lodged in his throat. Dismissing that as something that one COULD expect from chicken.
As for my nashville hot 3pc. I’m not sure what they have done to it…but it tastes worse than it looks (seen photo) sadly that’s even possible !!! Fries were good though
