The food received was practically swept up leftovers from the ground, completely destroyed. The biscuit looked like someone ate a couple bites and was feeling compassionate to give my boyfriend the remains. There wasn’t even sauce included, which is fine because the 5pc tenders (tasted and felt like rubber btw) looks like they tried their best to cut 5 pieces from 1/5 of a chicken breast so there wasn’t even enough to utilize a potential sauce anyway. The entirety of this box was cold and when he entered the location, the bag was sitting on the counter with no interaction involved to receive the food. This is a joke for $13 (mind you he paid $8 because he got $5 off coupon), nothing about “finger licking good” here. Do better KFC of Bainbridge.

I went by this restaurant yesterday to get dinner and the service was excellent. I called a couple of times before arriving to see what my best options were for my order and Mr.Ricky was pleasantly patient and helpful with me as I have not ate at KFC for sometime. The reason being my history with this restaurant at another location was not very nice. When I arrived, he was already waiting to help me. I believe his help Alicia or Alyssa, as I am not great with names ,was very helpful friendly and all three of us ended the experience smiling and satisfied. I know I was and the meal was great. KFC won my heart back with these two employees.

KFC is back in Bainbridge ga, I had stop eating there until until about 3 months ago, the chicken is just like the original back in the day and those potatoes wedges are awesome, I can eat a whole box of them the chicken is so go and food is always hot and fresh, I don’t know what happened but I am glad they are back to the amazing restaurant they used to be thanks KFC for my amazing meals

It is now 11:15 a.m. The posted hours on the Bainbridge, Georgia location door and online say that it opens at 10:30 a.m. The lady was walking outside, smoking when I pulled in. I had to wait on her to walk back in and come to the drive thru window, only to tell me that they aren’t open. I asked her twice what time they did open. She finally said about ten or fifteen minutes. Very unprofessional.

At 72 years old I can no longer, because of tooth/gum problems, purchase chicken from KFC Bainbridge, Ga because they do not make original chicken. There’s no difference between original and crispy. Disappointed….

I like the food at KFC, but the last few times that I’ve gone they have been out of stuff. Also, you have to ask for something as simple as napkins and salt. I think they should ask if you need anything else before shutting the window where to get their attention by either sitting and waiting until they realize you are still there or having to knock on the window. They are too busy trying to beat the clock for how fast they are supposed to be, even if they have to move you out of the line to sit and wait for your order. They need to go through how to give good customer service.

I haven’t eaten here in over a year or two, I’m glad new management has taken over. The food and staff has been friendly and pleasant. Now I will come back to KFC. The Colonel would be proud of this new management and crew at the Bainbridge location
