That girl at the window and taking orders at front has such a nasty attitude, lying about chicken and we stood there and watched the cook bring up to rack of chicken! Not the only time, walk by customers and never stop to acknowledge them, on her phone, people walking out say that, they’re just so slow! It’s no like that when the older guy is there! I just left kfc you all got to do better! People are talking about this one real bad! I need corporate to know about this!!!! Telling people there’s no food when it is!

I highly recommend going inside and at lunch time. We’ve been several times and the food is about what i’d expect from any KFC. The drive through service is a mixed bag. I’ve had some workers be rude and standoffish, I’ve had others be just fine. It’s hard to find consistency here. Overall, go at lunch and go inside for better service.

This is the worst KFC I have ever ate from. The employees and management are rude and inconsiderate. I ordered from the location around 4:50 and was told “pull forward, in parking lot!” No explanation and very rudely. So I did oblige although I was the only customer there at the time. I waited 25 mins and no one ever brought any food. I seen one or two customers come and go so I drove around back to the drive through window. I sat there another 10 min! No one ever acknowledged me gave me any explanation or excuse concerning my order. And they were right there they could see me they simply acted as though I wasn’t there. The one lady at the drive through was not doing anything but looking forward to strange and really rude. There appeared to be potentially the manger beside her reading something and looking over and around what looked like was the order computer. And that gentleman did nothing and said nothing as well. And although my wife was getting really impatient I just patiently waited. She finally opened the window and shoved my order out. Not a thank you, here you go, get lost or screw you. Really dude. So I receive my order and asked “ Well, did you catch it?” She asked “Catch what?” I said with a laugh “The damn Chicken!” But the worst was yet to come when I get home and the chicken was soggie maybe even under cooked. Awful. Never again will I spend my hard money at this location! Oh I almost forgot. I orders the strawberry pie thingy for desert. Well they didn’t even give me those. And I paid for them.

Worse KFC I’ve ever been too! Ordered original and got crispy. Chicken tasted like the grease was just changed but wasn’t heated up all the way. It was awful. Biscuit bout burnt. I’m still tryna figure out how the mashed were terrible. Don’t they come out of a bag? Also ordered the nuggets. Awful. Tasted like the chicken. Terrible experience. Will never go back. Ordered online when I got there order hadn’t even been started.

Man this is so disappointing. I pull up to the drive thru and the young lady come on and ask what do you want, smh. I get the 12 piece special so I ask her was it original and she said yes and slammed the glass close I looked and SMH. I get home and all 12 pieces of the chicken is very hard. I have a 11 and 4 year old who was hungry and the chicken was also dried up so I feed it to my neighbors dog and went to churches chicken and up spending 25$ after I waste 32$ smh
