I went there tonight and they were out of coleslaw and chicken “had to be dropped” I placed my order at 5:42 and FINALLY walked out the door a full hour later after I was spoken to in the most condescending manner by 2 or thee 3 employees. Inexcusable.
They felt the need to tell me how it took 13 minutes to fry chicken, and didn’t I want hot, fresh chicken? When I asked why it took 45 minutes “I was mistaken about how long I waited”… to top it all off, I got home with soggy and grease SOAKED chicken, cold fries. and stale biscuits. NEVER GO THERE!

If they’re not giving you a bucket of grease and soggy chicken they are out of what you want. Went to the window to order an item and was informed that they were out of it. Parked my car walked inside and was told that they couldn’t take my order because the lobby was closed. Went back to my car, drove to the window again and was told that they were out of chicken. This happened right at 2:00p. This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had trying to get something to eat in this city. My opinion is they need to close this place down like a lot of the businesses on Broadway Drive. I would give a negative star if I could. The pics that follows is of what the manager explains rushing to fill the order without fully completing the cooking process.

The service after dark is terrible. There are employees sitting in the lobby or outside smoking but can’t keep chicken stocked! You do better driving to the Oak Grove location. They have great service and no BS employees lounging around.

They were out of all white meat. The sugar brick ratio was off on soda followed by tea too sweet to drink. I was towing large equipment so I chose to carryout from within but was served a dine in tray of dark.
Since the legs were blown out from improper cooking, a third piece of dry-stringy-flavorless ‘chicken’ had been tossed on at no extra charge.
Biscuit was small. Side of mash potatoes and gravy was dense and gelatinous yet was the highlight of my meal. I see why the dining area was vacant during peak lunch rush.It will be some time before ANYONE from my household craves KFC

This KFC NEVER have Pot pies! Nobody don’t be in the drive thru and it’s young workers in there literally just standing around. I have a friend that works close to the business and he said the same thing. He said don’t bother even ordering because they won’t have any. After me trying to order one for the 5th time, why even have them on the menu??!!

I’ve never encountered meaner/ruder service at a fast food establishment. The girl at checkout seemed so incredibly angry I dared come inside when 1) no one spoke at the drive through 2) they wouldn’t take my order at the window and told me to come inside. Everyone seemed so angry behind the counter. Maybe this place is shutting down and no one cares? I have no clue. I would never treat a stranger how they treat customers. Everyone seems so incredibly mad about having to work inside. On my receipt, it says the cashier’s name is Shamiyah.

Had to get a refund after waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru, after paying for my food. 4 customers were served before me that were behind me in the drive thru. When I went in, The cashier said that she couldn’t believe that they let me sit out there without even making my food and that she did her job and she walked out. A guy behind the counter was standing around talking to someone on the phone ignoring me. After finally acknowledging me, he walked over and told me it would be 15 minutes before my food was ready (a chicken stip combo was ordered.) I told him I couldn’t wait around any longer and needed a refund and he told the person he was on the phone with that he had to call the manager to do a refund. While on the phone with the manager he was complaining about not wanting to stick around to clean up after his shift. The meal was around $13 and he took my receipt and gave me a $20 bill. I assumed since I paid with cash, that he wanted the change back and when I gave it back to him he was confused and didn’t know what to do with the extra money
