I went tonight at 9pm and ordered like 2 family meals. Altogether it was 24 pieces of chicken along with the sides. I knew they wouldn’t have a lot cooked because it was so late so I knew I’d have to wait but the employees there was the best. It has changed so very much for the better. While I was waiting in my chicken which was great cause it was fresh, Ms. April came out and said because I was waiting they’d throw me in 2 large sides. I tried to tell her u k ew I had to wait so they didn’t have to do that. She Insisted that they give me something extra for the wait. After a few minutes she came out to let me know it was almost ready and she talked to me and everything. I’m so glad to see such a great change now and I’ll definitely be back soon.

So iam at work and we don’t have sit down tines for break. I wanted to rush across the street and get something to eat and I will never again as long as I live go to kfc.The food was so bad I after I waited almost 10 mins just to go back through the drive through after being told webwill bring it out to you. The food was still cold tasted like the grease was yrs old.it was totally disgusting yall should be ashamed. Yall want to charge outrageous proces be rude and serve cold food never again

On April 2 2025 I visited this location and what a sales person the manager is she talked me right into 12 pc chicken meal and a double dunk it bucket with extra sides even got me to get extra mashed potatoes potato poppers she was the Store manager and she was so polite the store was so clean and the food was amazing

I ordered a Mac and cheese bowl it was amazing the service was great place was clean and there was amazing communication going on every time I gii on in They greet me with a smile and warm welcome they check on me and make sure everything is ok The manager was April and Keisha was my cashier they made sure I had a great dining expierence hats off to Waynesboro Ms KFC hands down this is the store for me and I will return

They just don’t get it right. Most of the time the fountain drink is undrinkable. This time we ordered bowls, and they had us waiting on chicken for 20 minutes. Then they chopped up one tender to put in both of our famous bowls. Done with this place.

I don’t know what has happened at this KFC, used to always getting good food here. The 2 stars are for the food, the young lady that was working the counter and I think the manager was great, it appeared the biggest thing she needed was some help. She can do just so much.

This is a combo KFC+Taco Bell restaurant.
Ordered famous bowl only.
Took over 15 min to deliver to me at counter.
They were understaffed /complaining about being so.
Employee had their 4 year old child running around the restaurant uncontrolled the entire time I was in house.
Extremely slow service. Not that busy. (Guess the locals know it’s slow)
Food:
The mashed potatoes in my “famous bowl” weren’t mixed well;
There were SEVERAL dry spots/powder lumps of instant potatoes (not very appealing).
The Chicken nuggets/bits in the bowl were cold.
The corn was cold too.
The gravy was there; but scarce, would haved liked more.
Overall, a POOR showing. I’d advise against dining here: if you want hot food and quickly, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
