We normally dont have any issues with our food. There is sometimes a wait but I dont mind, bc the food be fresh. But one night I was waiting and my daughter who is 5 with AutDHD had to use the restroom. Going in was good but coming out…. she cut up bad bc she wanted a fountain drink that I needed to pay for first… but she had no understanding whatsoever!!!! Ms. Rosie came from around the corner and not only helped me calm her down but she walked us to the car and made sure we both got situated. This is what u call customer service at its finest. MOST people just stare and watch me struggle but she didn’t. She was so sweet and caring. I pray God bless every step she take. The cashier (i dont know her name) is always really sweet to. This is a team every company need. They are not just there for the money but the service! God bless them all!!!

The chicken was old greasy and a dark brown color. The young woman at the counter acted as if she didn’t want to be there. Another employee, perhaps a manager(?) seemed to be holding the door and I walked out and she looked at another patron and asked “why do people think I am holding the door when i am just coming through?” as if disgusted. Was just passing thrpugh but would certainly no go back again.

I got chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy.
The chicken tenders were so hot & tough as though they had been microwaved.
The potato’s were cold as well as the gravy.
The staff were too busy (chatting to each other) atmosphere was nill.
Not very good at all.

My family and I went to get some take out from KFC for supper. Granted, we did have to wait 20 minutes for the chicken, but the guy up front was really nice and gave us a perk for the wait. Way to go KFC on keeping us coming back for more Excellent Service. There’s nothing like fresh Chicken by the way.

Easy access off the interstate and conveniently located beside a gas station.
The order was correct, food was hot/fresh, and tasted great. Customer service was great and everyone was extremely nice. Nothing beats being greeted with a smile.

By far the most poorly run KFC in Mississippi. Every time I have been here which not sure why I keep trying but they’re always waiting 15 to 20 minutes for chicken or biscuits to be cooked. I seen this at 11:30, 10:15 and 4:00 P.M. No lie . Sometimes they run out of chicken in the evenings. Anyone and I mean Anyone who gives this place 5 stars should absolutely consider themselves lucky. I’ve spoke with management a few times in the past but this must be unloved and unforgotten KFC. Corporate needs to visit this place and provide some mentoring on how to ru n this establishment.

Waste of money! I was very very disappointed with my meal, I waited 10 minutes to be given these burnt wings.Any one who eats kfc hot wings knows these are burnt. I don’t understand why they would serve me these. I tried calling the number on the receipt numerous times and no answer,poor customer service at its finest!
