Made an order on the KFC App. When I arrived at the window I was told to pull up, order would be out shortly. Twenty minutes later I went inside to see what the status of the order was. As I was waiting I pulled up the order on the KFC App, which showed the order delivered just ten minutes after I placed it. Finally 34 minutes after I placed the order I got my food. Management’s way of covering for poor service with corporate. Also when I arrived I was told they had no potatoes and gravy. Not a big deal but that could have been revealed in the app before I placed my order. Not even a thank you when I finally got my food.

Ordered 8 pieces of chicken and when i got home I only had 5 pieces in my bucket. I live about 20 miles away so it wasnt like i could go back. Spent almost $30 and didnt even have enough to feed my family. I was very upset. Will not be back.

This establishment has gone down hill like the North Hills branch. I ordered a take out meal and i got there 10 minutes after it had been market ready. It was not ready and i had to wait at the restaurant for my food. Apparently they hadnot printed out my ticket. Save your time, go to Popeyes.
