The food was absolutely horrible! First of all, the prices are crazy, but to get the quality of food after paying such high prices is ridiculous. This chicken was hard and dry. It was ordered at 1pm so, it should be fresher than this. I had to throw it away. The inly thing decent were the sides and biscuits. Wasted money and time!

This is where I swallow my pride and admit to one of my “Karen” moments. I went to the drive-through and ordered a meal that had one side and I added a side. As I drove away, I’m looking for the box and I don’t see both sides. Of course I’m driving down the street and I’m hangry by this point so I flip back around to go back and get my durn Cole slaw. Marched into the restaurant in a way where everybody knew I was irritated. I mean, not combative, but irritated and immediately walked up, and I made my complaint. I had two complaints by the time I got back. I didn’t have my coleslaw and that my biggest piece of chicken looked pitiful and was missing a lot of crust. Who I assume was the manager calmly came from the back, pointed out to me that my coleslaw was indeed in the box And then gave me another piece of chicken to replace the pitiful looking one. I was so ashamed I apologized profusely and tried to refuse the extra piece of chicken since I had been so wrong. I wouldn’t have come back to complain about the piece of chicken alone. She insisted I take it anyway and did not pile any guilt one me. She was a complete professional about my coming in and acting like a jerk. The food wasn’t great, but the service was very professional.

They are now putting half the food in the famous bowls and charging the whole price. I tried calling but conveniently for them they are not answering. Bad enough they have crappy service now the food is starting to look like their attitudes. I shouldn’t have even given this business another chance after they sold me raw chicken. Now I know I’m done with them. Might as well go out of business.

If I could give a zero review, I would.This place is a grease pit. Even the employees were inside talking about how bad their own food was .The chicken tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days, the wedges were old like they were from yesterday’s lunch rush. The lobby had a hint smell of urine, and the service was atrocious. Save your money and go somewhere else. This restaurant should be investigated and urgently needs new personnel.

There were sunflower seeds in my chicken box and when I went to get a refund the lady just said sorry and gave me another box of chicken while the representative standing at the counter were taking peoples order and eating sunflower seeds right in front of me. Like it wasn’t even a problem. Eating while working with customers and then no refund but another box of chicken. Oh okay so I called corporate. Never had to go that far before will not eat there again!!!

Normally very good. Think the Mac n cheese bowls threw them off. They were so confused by my order which was simple. 5 people asked me what I had ordered. Still didn’t get it right. Will try again next week bc I love KFC

This is the best KFC around. Our order is always fast and accurate at this store. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I haven’t been inside of the store, but from looking into the windows, it appears very clean. Easy to get in and out of too.

Just as I made a comment about KFC not being as good as it was in the 60’s and 70’s, shocked when I went the next day and it was delicious and had nice size pieces of chicken like it was in days gone by. The original is what I ordered and don’t believe it could have been better. This could be coincidental but if it wasn’t, the difference was noticed that the pieces were larger than like pieces of a baby chick.
