I ordered white original. They gave me two breast and a wring. The chicken was not done. The flour on the top was also not done. It was mushes. I spent$ 11.22 on this meal. I will never eat their again. The line was long, and I had a 20-minute wait in line.

There were sunflower seeds in my chicken box and when I went to get a refund the lady just said sorry and gave me another box of chicken while the representative standing at the counter were taking peoples order and eating sunflower seeds right in front of me. Like it wasn’t even a problem. Eating while working with customers and then no refund but another box of chicken. Oh okay so I called corporate. Never had to go that far before will not eat there again!!!

No idea how a chicken place doesn’t know how to cook chicken but there you have it. Spices and all were good but the chicken was cooked so long it was amazingly dry and tough to chew. Could have used the $50 to stop at Walmart and get chicken and do it ourselves for better food. In this location’s “defense” it seems bad food to be a commen thing with them down south. Either over or under cooked, never done right.

Absolutely terrible!!! Our bucket of chicken was SWIMMING in a pool of grease, and the skin was soggy and dripping. This was the worst I have ever seen from KFC, and it reminded me why I switched to Church’s in the first place.

Don’t eat here. We have been given wrong sides, wrong meals, and today the 5 PC. Tender big box had 5 of the smallest tenders I have ever had at any KFC. We have been loyal customers for almost 15 years, but will NEVER buy our chicken here again. Flowood is now our #1 store.

I received a to go family meal from this store and and when I arrived home the chichen was burnt I mean not fit to eat and they didn’t give me a receipt I told the manager I can show him on my debit card and picture he continue to state I need a receipt in which they did not supply, bottom line manager of store did absolutely nothing not even offer to replace order. I give the a big thumbs down, I would even feed it to a goat.
