The sweet young lady working the front counter is the ONLY reason I gave 3 stars, otherwise it would’ve been zero stars. She was the only person that was trying to do her job, it appeared. You could hear the guys in the back bickering and not putting out food (because it took forever to get any). At least the door was unlocked, which is more than I can say for Wendy’s across the street.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. It would get 0 stars if it would allow for that. Took forever to get our food. Waited and waited as other customers after us got their orders. Some with problems as well. Finally got our food and it was undercooked and shouldn’t have been served. No adult management was visible during our 45 minutes we were in the building all young kids who seemed oblivious to our situation and other customers that were complaining. Do yourself a favor and stay in I-55 and pick another choice at another exit. This store should be shut down. It was that mismanaged. RIDICULOUS.

Stopped for lunch on a 17 hour drive while moving. Took 45 minutes for one Taco Bell meal.
When I asked about my order at 30 minutes the cashier was very polite and helpful (Thank you!)

This is a KFC and Taco Bell in the same building. Just nasty! Saw one person handle all the cookies with their bare hands after touching on sevral other items and surfaces. Another putting her hands in her mouth. And another sticking their hand down the back of their pants(inside). The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept all day. Nasty used balled up gloves laying in the floor. The counters were disgusting. And to top it off they “lost” our food…. we ordered inside… They weren’t rude, but they definitely were not nice.

On April 25th 2017 I was passing by in the interstate, & my rental vehicle broke down, pulled into this KFC parking lot, while waiting for AAA help, had some meals, liked it. As I was waiting there, started working with my computer , the KFC lady after sometime came to me asked if everything is OK, I really surprisingly shocked! Usually no one bothers; Great place, great customer service, must recommend others this place

I went on I went over to Kentucky on November 19th and it seems that they could not get my order together but eventually they did but it was not slow and it wasn’t fast but it was in between those two so if it was just beat up a little bit baby okay you have to give a person a chance so they probably learning and trying to get the understanding of your menus and stuff and I’m sure when you talking on the mic that it causes friction so I understand you know so in other words it was good service no complaints
