Three people new of a mess on the floor that I told them about. The only employee that took the time to do something was Braylon. Good job young man. I don’t know what the management is doing. I was here exactly two weeks ago and nothing has changed. They haven’t cleaned the dangerously slippery grease covered floor. The windows are filthy inside and out. The kinda filth that takes months. Makes you wonder what the kitchen is like. Eat at your own risk because, they don’t give a damn.

Traveling I stopped by KFC and picked up dinner. I pulled into a spot out front so I could eat n get back on road. It was around 5 p.m and u would think…Perfect time! But you would be wrong…the chicken they served me was so old it had started to pull away fr bone. The whole meal was just awful and I will not stop by this KFC again!

I just picked up another order that’s wrong, and I even mentioned it wasn’t in a bucket. My 8 piece was 4 pieces and they won’t answer the phone! I’m 10 miles away and I am not getting back out and driving after dark!

The KFC location in Canton is unacceptable. The parking lot is in poor condition—torn up, dirty, and filthy. Trash is overflowing from the dumpster, and the grass is unkempt. The food is old and served cold. It’s hard to understand how this establishment remains open. I will never eat there again.

Food was awesome the way I’d expect. Lady at counter raised an eyebrow at me over the fact I strolled in with a SERVICE DOG with me. After she told me no dogs I told her ma’am that’s a service dog, written in bold letters all over her harness. After having stood in line now for 15 minutes with no problems from others in line and still 3 orders away from ordering. I finally ordered and received my food appropriately with no problem. Smiles n thankyou wonderful people.

Good service. Friendly staff. It was 98 degrees that day and I ordered a famous bowl. I did not get a drink because i had a new soda I had just opened . The girl saw i was disabled and on oxygen. And I was pouring with sweat. She offered me a cup of ice at no charge and told me to be careful not to get to hot. Most people don’t take the time to actually look at you when you go through the drive thur. She not only looked but also saw a need and showed true caring fir another person. Kudos!

Worst kfc I have ever been to!!! The young ladies are always rude. Service is horrible every time I come. They never have what I ask for. There is always something missing. Plus, they like to say they are closed when it shows the times that they are opened.

This was my first time visiting this location. The young lady who took my order was very friendly but no one greeted me when I entered restaurant. The restaurant definitely could have been cleaner. Fairly new but can tell that it’s not being cleaned properly. Overall the experience was good!
