Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Get there and they tell me they are out of the spicy sauce! I was in my dinner break so didn’t have time to order anything else. I asked for some buffalo ranch dipping sauce. I get to work and discover they did not put the Pickles on the sandwich. Very disappointing. The chicken was good. The fries were great. Imagine how it would’ve tasted with pickles and the sauce. I rarely eat out for this exact reason. Crappy service.

Terrible and will NEVER BE BACK ! Literally paid 12 bucks for a new dunk it bowl in the app chose my two sauces didn’t receive any sauce nor gravy so now I have a dry bowl I nearly choked on the old dry chicken I was served ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich and was told they no longer have it. App said my order was ready for pickup and still had to wait for my old food for another 12 minutes employee was on the phone talking to her friend the entire time ..grand idea, your getting paid to work..so take a little less time talking to friends and pay more attention to the customer that just spent 20 bucks on some old dry food with no sauce ..never again

I don’t ever make review i actually only done 2 one good about a food place and 1 bad about a nail salon never a fast food cause ive worked in the industry so I get it but I’ve had a couple bad experiences with this kfc not having sauce but i know that’s not the employee fault or the company I work at a restaurant I get it but i ordered three uber the man got my order to me in 30 or less the fastest I’ve ever had ive had uber driver take almost hour and 30 mins and be fresher than this bs and my food was wrong i was missing side with my meals and extra sides I paid for missing sauce I paid for the food cold the tender tasted like they had been sitting all day dry and the worst tender I’ve ever eaten I got a full refund other then my tip from uber but like I am hungry and had to eat it and it was just nasty and like do better and how yall go the new honey bbq chicken but always out it’s never on there I don’t get it yall gotta do better!!!! I order it at 9pm tonight so not that long ago

Please do not eat here. The chicken they served me and my family was horrible. The food didn’t look edible. I took the food back and got my money back. I should’ve known something was wrong when it almost looked empty on the inside and outside from the parking lot.

I haven’t even gotten my food but I already know it’s going to be amazing. The lady who took my order was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I wish I could have gotten her name but it slipped my mind but she had me cackling and smiling and made me feel very welcomed. By far the best service I’ve ever gotten in the food

Stopped after driving for 5 hours, needed to eat. This place was almost empty however had the literal best KFC chicken sandwich I’ve had in a long time. There fries were perfection especially with the honey mustard.

WOW! Employees yelling about customers. Employees acted like they where hiding from the customers. Asked for Pepsi to be changed never was. Asked for butter and sauce for strips. Was told “Ain’t got no butter” bathrooms were decent. Rest of the place was not. Worst KFC we have ever been to. Never fill out reviews, but felt like other people should know. Needs immediate attention from corporate.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 of the new Spicy Chicken wraps with slaw and 3 of the classic wraps and 2 famous bowls. Waited in line about 15 minutes. I counted to make sure I had all of my wraps, which I did. I guess I should have opened them because this is a picture of the Spicy wrap. Nothing on it but a piece of chicken tender and nothing else! Maybe a dash of sauce. Out of all the wraps only 1 had pickles. I have tried to give this place a chance over and over again, this was the last straw!

Just went to KFC at 12:50 pm on 02/04/2022. Went through the drive-thru and ordered the KFC Bowl, with NO corn and extra cheese. I get home to eat, and not only is the bowl FULL of corn, there is not ONE piece of chicken in it. ♀️ I know y’all can do better than this – this is sad.
The lid on the right is the corn, that I did NOT want. The bowl on the left is the potatoes and gravy, and very small amount of cheese.
