If negative stars were an option the max would be my option. Deliberately wouldn’t answer the drive through so they didn’t have to do anything. 4 cars tried the drive through in front of us. We go inside to try to order and they didn’t have anything ready and asked if we could wait for them to cut the chicken up……. But hey! Atleast they were having a good time in there until customers walked in!

We went to order they said there was a wait on the fries so we didn’t get any then as we pulled up to the window they gave us fries for FREE and the lady was so helpful.

Ordered a chicken Little combo in the drive l mmm, they told me to pull up. Waited for 15 minutes and no one ever came out. A week ago, I ordered a meal on the mobile app an hour ahead of time. I still had to wait for 20 minutes for my food. This place is horrible, with horrible service!!!

I didn’t realize some of my order was missing in the bag till after I got home , 20 minutes out of town and I called the restaurant the person that answered was very nice and the next day I went back and they happily replaced the foood

One of the worst kfcs I’ve ever been to. Never get what you order. Tonight ordered eight pc thighs and legs got one thigh four legs one breast and two wings on the bottom of course. Ordered original recipe only the breast and one drumstick was original the rest crispy which sux. Hope I never go back there again. If I do it’s my on damn fault!

I got the twelve piece extra crispy meal deal. The chicken was fried so hard until you could hardly eat it. They gave me all breast and thighs except for the 2 wings on the very bottom.

Horrible experience! Was asked to wait 20 minutes for Original Chicken. We waited an hour to get food. After the first 20 minutes a young lady came to our car and asked what did we order. We gave her the receipt. When she came out with the food, we had to ask her for our 5 beverages. The order was not correct as one item was missing when we arrived home. Total time waiting was over an hour. This is totally unacceptable.
