My dog would not eat the food, I spent $27 it would have been cheaper to throw the money straight in the garbage can, The food was disgusting cold, it look like it was 3 years old black , greasy, swimming in fat, The most unpleasant meal I have brought in my 55 years on this planet, this place obviously does not care about a lawsuit or the health of its customers as I am pretty sure if I had eaten that meal I would be sick for days With salmonella or worse, not the first time they destroyed my meal but this will definitely be the last, what a waste of time and money. Wretchedly pathetic.

Hands down the BEST KFC I’ve ever ate anything from.
•Customer service is super friendly, I’ve called with an issue before and was well respected and treated so kindly and they truly do care and you can tell that they do care about you as a customer and that goes a long way with me.
•Food Quality is top tier. I have never had a SOFTER BISCUIT FROM ANYWHERE ELSE BUT AMORY MISSISSIPPI KFC. Every time I order anything from here it’s hot, fresh, made correctly, and delicious.
•KFC APP- Their app is super easy to use and I love using my FREE FOOD rewards. I’ve never had any issues at all with using the app or ordering from the app. Anytime I have a free reward or discounted item it’s made exactly how I ordered it.
Overall, I can say for certain if you LOVE KFC please give this KFC a visit! You won’t regret it!

The food use to be very good but it has changed to smaller portions and worse food. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, mashed potatoes and the chicken tender meal. I also ordered pickles and mayo on my sandwich but got no pickles or mayo and no fries. The chicken for the sandwich was dry and over seasoned and super small on the buns. The tenders were okay but also dry and small. The drinks I ordered were flat. Please do better.

I went to KFC in Amory ms and i just got the regular 2 pc combo meal, and when i tell you this chicken was so greasy i felt like i was about to throw up i mean it… i felt like i was eating this most unhealthiest thing ever. And the service this lady gave us was horrible she was so rude yanked the money out of our hands and was so rude over the intercom. Come here if you want to get yelled at… it used to be so great.

When I go eat at a KFC, my expectations are usually low as across the franchise, service is usually awful and the restaurants are dirty. HOWEVER – this KFC location has got to be one of the best in the country. It is usually clean. Service is great. Food is awesome. I’m not sure what their secret is, but I will drive past the KFC in Fulton (which is terrible) just to dine at this one in Amory. Kudos to the managers and the team members!

DO NOT waste your time here at this KFC/Taco Bell Purgatory. I’m thankful for freshly prepared food, but staying parked in front of the building for over 30 minutes waiting on your food (a typical box meal)while watching everyone else receive theirs is a horrible way to spend an afternoon. My wife finally went inside to get our money back and found all of the employees except for one talking and goofing off behind the counter and in the kitchen. They need to start back at square one, firing all current employees other than the one who took pride in her work, then hiring an all new staff. At least the cinnamon twists were decent.

My nearly 80 year old grandmother dined in yesterday & the amount of disrespect she received is disgusting! If my grandmother chokes she will automatically start coughing & sneezing! The employees told her she had to get her stuff & leave bc she was sick! My grandmother informed them that she isn’t sick & she can’t help that she does that but they still kicked her out & started spraying Lysol all around her while she is standing there! The employees that did this to her are DUMB & IGNORANT for doing this but also for thinking its okay to treat anyone like this! If you are in the public then you need to show everyone respect & if anyone thinks its okay to be this disrespectful then you no longer have no business working for the public! They could’ve asked her nicely to leave due to their being concerns with the coughing & sneezing she done & waited till after she left before spraying anything but the idiots didn’t! If you want to eat here expect to be disrespected but everyone we come in contact with I will inform them to choose different! These are kind words compared to what I really want to say!
