This is what you get in a 16 pc family dinner meal. We ordered an extra breast and extra leg too. Received 1 breast. 10 wings, 2 thighs, and 3 legs. That’s it. Ordered extra mashed potatoes did not receive. Ordered 4 10 pc apple pie poppers, and we received only one. A month ago when we ordered online and drove 20 minutes to pick it up, got to the drive thru and was told they were out of chicken and could not fill our order but people in front of us and behind us received their orders… all I got was a refund from corporate email 3 days later. You can not trust this establishment. They have screwed us every time we have ordered. Should just put on menu, a bucket of random chicken pieces, not 4 of each piece because you will never get them. I will never go back here. We spend nearly $100 on each visit and never receive what we order correctly. My family was counting on 5 breasts, not 10 wings. Or to be told that we would have to substitute and given a choice if we wanted the substitution before driving home and finding out we were screwed over yet again. There’s no way to check your order in the car to make sure that they give you what you ordered in the bucket. This place and their staff is a joke. They should be fired. Every time we try to call go get the order fixed, the phone is off the hook. Never again. Even though I love KFC, these people can’t be trusted to come through. We.are.done.

It’s an ok place. Slightly dirty, waited first in line for a few for someone to wait on us. Got our order. Before we left ask if he got out sauce “u, no forgot what kind she want.” Gave us 2. Got home which was 7 miles away and open my box to find my mashed taters wrapped in plastic wrap, a biscuit that looked like my kids made with no napkins no salt and pepper and no lids for our drinks!! So, they were on a roll!! I just had to take pictures of the taters and roll. Lol

Very uncouth, unprofessional,rude management. Screamed at me, called a liar while refusing to refund order. Bullied to take food instead of refund upon request. Did not give receipt for order. No decorum, managerial or conflict resolution skills.

The return of the honey barbeque sauce is not the same as it was in the past. It use to be sweet and not spicy. But this one now is just reverse. I was very disappointed. I can’t stand my mouth burning, but the favor was still good but not sweet like I expected.

We went there with a big order after the other local site said at the last minute that they couldn’t fulfill our order. This location had very short notice to prepare for a birthday party. I was too stressed to get names, but a lady whom I assume was store manager (or should be!), handled everything amazingly! She was very professional, empathetic, energetic, had a great personality and calmed my nerves! There was a small mis-step and she offered to deliver the correct item to the party! We refused her generous offer and thoroughly enjoyed the “accident”. When we are in town for family matters, this is definitely the only location we will ever recommend. Thank you guys so much! You saved my dad’s 84th birthday!
