While visiting KFC with my granddaughters, Christopher the manager was absolutely a breath of fresh air. From the moment we entered the restaurant he greeted us so kindly, was attentive the service was quick and the food was fresh. He was so pleasant that my daughter on the phone even commented on how friendly he was. Good job Christopher!

I went into the KFC in Cleveland MS and placed my order for the $5 deal meal. I asked the cashier for 2 sweet teas and he rudely replied “We don’t do that here.” I was truly confused. So I said “Oh you sell it by the gallon?” He replied “No we don’t do that.” I said “Ok take off the teas then”. Bought some chicken and she didn’t ask me what type of chicken I wanted so when she gave me the chicken, I asked her did she give me crispy. She responded with an attitude, “No”!!! I stated I wanted crispy and she took my bag back and I ended up getting old hard chicken. The person I had gotten it for caused her to feel nauseated. The other person didn’t eat it. Money wasted over $25 dollars.

Five stars for the taste of the hot chicken cooked right at 11am, which is the best time to divulge in eateries in the area. But, somebody needs to tell me why the doggone floor is like walking on an ice rink. Looks like the cooks work real hard behind the counter, but restaurant could use more cleaning in the dining area. I’ve never had a long wait for chicken while ordering from the inside, and I’ve yet to use the drive thru.
