I just arrived at KFC at 9pm and they said it will take about 20 minutes on chicken. So I went and gotten my kids their usual (McDonald’s) came back exactly in 20 mins and they only have Spicy and it will be 16 mins. So I decided to wait and pay for order and as you can see it still not available. I just receive my order at 9:52pm close to closing time. There’s no way you should have to wait this long for chicken at a fast food restaurant and be told twice that chicken is not available when pulled up.

I just left KFC tonight…the young lady at the drive through was very pleasant and friendly. But the supervisor helping her was not! But I asked for 2 thighs and a leg. I know how thighs look. I eat enough if them to know. I told her that was not a thigh. The young lady said it might not look like a thigh but it is. Well sweetheart it WASN’T!!! I told her that I would come backing it wasn’t. Too much traffic tonight…so I ate it. I tried calling the restaurant, but no answer.But i will bring it to their attention tomorrow
