Absolutely horrible. First the drive thru is rude. The food is trash. And the wings are huge and wet, veiny and slippery. I had full faith in this kfc. I have no idea what this dark greenish weird hard mushy, wannabe chicken is. I had to pray the crust was ok. Only thing i could eat . Straight trash. Along with the energy at the drive . Energy is trash food is trash I feel sorry for you locals.
I have reached out to kfc and I still havent heard from the person that emailed me back.

Everybody in there has a bad attitude and bad customer service except the male manager. They open at 10 and no one has come to the drive thru for 6 minutes, we go on still no one ever came to the counter and helped us. We waited for 15 minutes for help

My daughter bought 2 potties. My pot pie was horrible hers were too. The vegetables in pie was not done. I called to inform manager. She had an attitude saying how many she had sold and they were all HOT. That complaint was the peas,carrots,potatoes were not cooked long enough. She said thank you for your comments and hung up in my face. Kentucky fried chicken is a good brand. They need the people who work there feel the same product.

Food is NEVER prepared. Their attitudes are horrible. Everytime I visit with my son(entering the inside), we are ignored. After 5 minutes of entering, worker asked to take our order or even greeted us. The wait time is horrible. They don’t tell you that there is a wait until after purchasing the food. A 4 minute wait quickly becomes a 15-20 minute wait, and once you enter they have attitudes. There is only one person that is outstanding and his name is Tre. I always have a great experience when he is there. It has been a minute since I’ve seen him there. I’m not sure what has shifted with their atmosphere but KFC is HORRIBLE.

Poor customer service, just left there and my hubby ordered a $3.99 special in their window and when we paid they charged us 6.29 for his special and stated no refunds or accommodations for the few dollars extra…….
What he got for $6.39 plus tax……

It’s KFC. So don’t get excited
My last KFC rating was really bad for the one in Berryville AR…. And so have been the last few times I tried it elsewhere so I swore off spending my money with the Colonel.
Now in Greenville MS it’s another thing altogether….my bro wanted to go so I went.
The chicken sandwich is bigger then I remember and tasted great the fries were delicious and it wasn’t expensive at all very reasonable in fact.
I would recommend this one to anyone

For the last 3 weeks I have been eating here and they’re never prepared for the peak period. I have ordered the $20 fill up but have never received the original, it has always been 2 maybe 3 pieces of original and the rest is a mixture of what’s left.
The service has improved as well as the product. It has been fresh and tasty with the signature KFC favor due to the diligence and training by one manager, Angela, I thank you and your staff for creating a wholesome family environment.
There is nothing worse than getting fresh and timed out chicken in the number #3.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.!! No one came in the speaker at the drive through. I drove around to the window and she tells me the drive through is down. I asked why wasn’t there a note on the speaker/Window, She states “Well its not down, We’re waiting on the next person to come in at 5:00″…. it was 5:11. She goes on to say, I have to come in. Which is a inconvenience for me. I asked if I could sit at the windows because my order was already place and paid for online. She also says I have to come in. After going back and forward about me having to come in because they are down a worker, she asked me to pull over and she will bring it to me. Get my food that I have been anticipating all day and it’s NASTY.!!! I’M SO DISAPPOINTED ALL THE WAY AROUND.!! Did a review on KFC site, clicked for someone to contact me with 48hrs and it’s been days, still haven’t heard from anyone.!!
