The best thing was the Baja Blast as always….. Slaw wasn’t bad either, but the bowl wasn’t filled completely either. The mashed potatoes had a small dollop of gravy, lol…. Ordered original, think I got almost burnt extra crispy! Now, I remember why I don’t eat here. I didn’t taste not 1 herb or spice, much less 7! Biscuit was buttery, but it was hard around the edges! Please do better!

Food is great when they do it correctly. And so is service whenever the right people are working. There’s a lovely hispanic young man who is always almost in the drive thru, well mannered, attentive and friendly. He always makes sure to get my order right, asks me how I am that day, and proceeds to do his job. Very professional. However, the rest seem to always be on edge or tired. Maybe they need better hours. I’d love to come up to the KFC/Taco Bell and to be greeted with friendly faces and positive attitudes. And I’m sure everyone is trying their best, they just need a little encouragement.

I am very disappointed with them the chicken is burnt the biscuits are so hard you can’t eat them. The potatos were over cooked. I asked for cole slaw but got Mac and cheese instead. I paid $42 for this dinner and we can’t even eat it. This place is not even worth one star. I called to complain about the food the manager was not helpful at all. She hung up on me when I told her that I am very dissatisfied with the food. Do not waist your money. I will tell everyone I know in Ripley Ms not to eat there. I had to wait for an hour just to get this crappy food. I feel it needs to be shut down.

It’s always horrible everytime I go there they never have anything cooked ever they are always out of chicken don’t never ever have anything cooked ever they take 45 mins to get you your food out and then half the time it’s cold when it comes out it’s just absolutely horrible I wish they would shut it down and put somthing that’s worth eating there

If I could give them half a star i would. I spent 15 waiting on the drive through line before I got to the speaker. Once I made it to the speaker she asked to wait 5 more minutes. I constantly said “hello” to the speaker to see if i would get their attention but nothing would happen. Then once she took my order she asked “original or crispy?” I told her original…. and they didn’t have it… then why was I given the option? Any way, by the time I got my order I had spent 35 minutes on the drive through.

I have to say this is the worst experience I’ve had at KFC. We went in there three times. First they gave us our drinks and then asked us to pull up. While we were waiting they come out and ask us what we had ordered which was a family order. They forgot all the sauces, after asking us specifically which ones we wanted. Then they forgot three items we ordered. They just did not have it together at all. I miss the manager Ms. Cindy that used to work there. They didn’t have these problems to when she was there. I never got upset with them and used my please and thank you manners. I have to say that they were polite and fixed the rest of our order.
