If I could give 0 stars I would. Here’s everything that went wrong tonight (not one thing went right)
1. Order on the app said it was ready early but once I got to the restaurant it wasn’t ready and still wasn’t ready over 20min later.
2. Once I asked the front employee if she had my order, she said no. I told her the app said it’s been ready for over 20min. She then said she was the only one there which was an obvious lie as two other employees were easily visible. And if she was the only one there, you would think she would move a little faster. I’ve never seen fast food move so slowly.
3. I asked for a refund but she said I’ll get your food now. So no refund.
4. I witnessed her shove all the food into the box and the chicken just completely melded together. The chicken was almost inedible once it was home. It was so mushy and soggy.
5. Only two out of four sides were correct. She didn’t even look at our order closely.
6. One of the employees was mopping the floor and it was extremely slippery everywhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone slipped and fell. Also, the caution cones they had on the floor were filthy.

I’m sure there was more that went wrong but these were the glaringly obvious issues.

I thought I was getting KFC not half eaten food the drinks were watered down the orange mountain dew and a sweet tea the mashed potatoes and gravy did not have gravy and a half eating chicken thigh even though I wanted a chicken breast the person who took the order was nice thought

I am from New Orleans and this KFC is like Popeyes to me. Chicken is always hot, fresh and their lemonade is the best. Last time I came here, I was eating my chicken like a pizza roll it was so hot I love this location! Keep it up yall !

If I could be a secret shopper I would. No type of personality from the order takers on the inside. Had to wait 25-30 minutes for my order and when it was completed she just sat it on the counter. Do better KFC.

The store opens up at 10am , however, the reps/cooks are all over the place, half acknowledging customers and their concerns as to why they aren’t ready to serve being that it’s 15 min paced 10am. One of the representatives finally walked up and stated that they will not be ready until 1030. No food is prepared and several customers are waiting. Can someone tell me what happened to work ethics? No one one cares anymore. KFC do better!

Wings and wedges Fan Favorites Box was the worst I’ve ever experienced at this location. I was very excited that KFC decided to bring favorite item back. I was a regular customer at the location on Winchester previously when I frequently ordered the wings. I visited this location on hacks on Friday of last week. I ordered the $20 box with wings, nuggets, potato wedges and biscuits. I added an additional order of the 12 count hot wing as well, so my total was over $40. What I received was so sad that I couldn’t believe it. My order was not in the box as shown as advertised. I received the wings in two black containers and they were not fresh and were old. They were dark as they had been reheated or were sitting for some time. The potato wedges were in two small fry boxes. The nuggets were in a 4 by 6 inch box that had approximately 7 dry nuggets. The biscuits were dry and crumbly. They did give me 4 biscuits lol but they were old .I received No dipping sauce even though I ordered to different flavors. They couldn’t and didn’t provide a receipt even after I asked twice. I went on the inside to get the sauce and all the employees including the manager were all standing around. It was the worst service and order I ever received. I was totally disappointed. I spent over $40 for garbage. I ordered the wings multiple times on a regular basis before KFC removed them from the menu in Memphis and they were delicious. I fully aware of fresh hot wings versus old hot wings. Nothing in my order was fresh and I was short changed. I didn’t get what I paid for. I do not recommend this location. Take your money to another location because management here is horrible, absolutely terrible. I’m a business owner and I would never give my customer an order like this with old food. I also would not shortchange my customer with an order thrown together omitting what is supposed to be included. What I received was not what was advertised and shown in the picture by KFC. My family and I will never return to this location. Horrible service and a bad representation of the KFC I have always loved.

This sweet tea look like apple juice and it taste like rain water. The service was awful the wait was long the chicken was undercooked they need to reprimand the colonel. DO NOT GO !!!!

This place needs to be remodeled. I ordered the chicken or Tom Bell and the chicken was like a string that was fried and it was dry. There was also a little nat in my mac & cheese when I open the container.

I went to the KFC on Hacks Cross Saturday, August 23. I received what I ordered but noticed I didn’t have a plastic fork or spoon to eat my food with, the apple poppers that come with it were hard and I didn’t have any napkins in my bag. This is my second time filing a complaint on this location. The first time I had to complain because I received a chicken box with just a piece of chicken in it, no side, no biscuit was in the box, only a piece of chicken and I didn’t notice until I drove off. I don’t like coming to a restaurant where I’m receiving bad service more than once. I work way too hard to spend my money on terrible service! Please improve this!
