We are just traveling through, but this was my first time to have KFC in a long time, and it wasn’t good. The person who took our order was sweet and nice, but the food was not good. The potato bowl used to have cheese on it, and it was still advertised with it, and the chicken used to be so good!! I didn’t have any cheese. The corn kind of looks a little…. old.. and I don’t know if it had the new chicken nuggets or what kind of chicken this was, but it was chewy and flavorless. The only perk was at least it was hot.

Food was great but the service was bad.Diet drink was out ask got unsweet tea ask about Splenda or something was told we dont provide that .Also unable to change a side if this is policy its trash .I go to KFC regularly and have never had these issues.They have another drink machine in the lobby I am sure.Update Tea is turning sour so that too.I now have to stop somewhere for a drink.

Came in because of the big sign on the window saying $7 meals. The person at the counter of course says we are not doing that anymore and of course the won’t honor the price. Disappointed.

I placed a drive-thru order for my coworker and myself. The girl (Tee) who took my order was SO RUDE!!! She acted like she did not want to communicate and when we asked her something, she always cut us off, as if she was rushing us off. She gave my coworker the wrong order and the soda (no carbonation) and tea were horrible. Her attitude was ATROCIOUS, no smile or anything. If you’re not a people person, you DON’T need to be in customer service!!!

This place needs to be investigated. I placed an order at 7:50. I was asked to pull up, waited about 20 minutes, went inside and was told no chicken was available. I was instructed to go back to the window because the strips would be ready shortly. After going to the window the 2nd time, my food was still not ready and it would take 1 minute for strips. I said ok however the next time they came back to the window, I was given my money back. The entire time 10+ cars are all waiting for their food. I left the store at 8:40 with no chicken and terrible customer service. This needs to be addressed swiftly.
