Everything was so crispy that I couldn’t even bite through the little chicken sandwich. The tenders were really small as well in my son’s meal. The fries seem old too. They weren’t really busy either at 6pm

Worst kfc I’ve been to. Whole place was dirty. No one even came to the counter for a solid 5 minutes. Food tasted bad especially the fries you can really tell the oil is super old almost tasted smokey? Gross. And lastly and unsurprisingly after waiting for 10 minutes past by eta for a mobile order I took the food and ran without checking and wouldn’t you know it was missing the whole 4 piece chicken. Had all my sides and some nuggets but not the actual chicken? So I’m confused what even took so long honestly because it wasn’t the chicken?

We just got 12 pieces of chicken, 3 sides, biscuits, and 2 sodas. We asked for coleslaw, potatoes and gravy, and corn. We got no coleslaw, but extra potatoes and no extra gravy, and corn. No honey or butter, no plates to eat there, and had to ask for spoons. The place needs a new manager or a new owner. The chicken was good. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. We got the original KFC, we were told a 20 minute minute wait, fine I said. 40 minutes later, I’m checking on our food. It took 50 minutes to get our food. We ate some chicken and went home.

$10.89 for these tiny things? Ridiculous. The service was friendly, but KFC has lost my business because of how small their chicken strips have become. It’s very obvious they are practicing “shrinkflation” as a profit generator. I can get FAR more food for FAR less money at your competition. See ya, Colonel!

I asked for something other then what I got. No straw. I haven’t ate at KFC in years but today my chicken was salty, mashed potatoes tasted weird. The biscuit was would choke a sea gull in mid air. It’s not the KFC I was use to. Never again.

Ordered the family meal. Asked to trade 1 mashed potato for a different side. Yelled at through the drive thru by 3 people saying no. Asked for butter and was told they’d never heard of butter being at a kfc. Guess they believe nobody likes butter and honey on their biscuits. Asked for a receipt and was told they were out of receipt paper. Chicken not breaded right!! I would suggest new management and better ordering. Not the first disappointing experience at this location but unfortunately this is the only kfc close by.

Around 5:00pm on Aug 11, I went through the drive through at the KFC in Hernando. After ordering a 4 piece dinner I was asked if two drumsticks was ok, I said I preferred not to have any drumsticks. That didn’t seem to be a big problem for them . The chicken was perfectly cooked, fresh and hot. I consider this KFC the best in Mississippi. Keep up the great work!!

One of the worst fast food establishments I’ve ever been to . Everything was dirty , nothing clean. Windows haven’t been cleaned for years , it was like walking into a 1700’s diner , abandoned and dirty . Customer service was horrible , as if I was a ghost. Cook comes and takes my order touches the screen then goes back to making food . Food was mediocre. Save time and don’t come to this location .
