Food is classic tasted good. Employes have acted angry to be there the last two times i have been to this location. Found a hair or something on the chicken, was given a couple more peices without so much as a eye batting or apology. Would not recommend.

The manager scratching his rear-end while talking to us, was something that I didn’t want to see, especially when handling food.
Not once, but twice he did that.
His communication skills need improving by being friendlier.
I don’t like being reminded of what time they close when I want to sit and enjoy my meal.
The worst experience I have encountered in a KFC, except for the one in Ardmore TN, I simply refuse to go to that one.

They completely just didn’t give us the spicy Mac and cheese bowl that I ordered and gave me a spicy famous bowl instead and when I called to inform them the person I spoke with on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and told me that there was nothing they could do and at least I got a free famous bowl. And didn’t give me the Mac and cheese I ordered either and my mash potatoes weren’t mixed all the way and had powder on them

We received the food which was old and dried out. We called to tell them that we were gonna bring the food back and wanted fresh food. Got there and they tried to say that the food was fresh when the potato wedges was so dried out it looked like awful and chicken was horrible. The manager was rude and very rude to us and did not take anything serious about their job. Very disappointed in this company.
