This was probably the worst food experience I’ve had in a long time. Came into the store to place order around early dinner time. Start to place my order and the guy just seems very annoyed that I exist, then abruptly yells in my face the drive through window spiel… Because as I look around in confusion, he’s literally the only employee in the store. I guess I happened to walk in while all three other employees (who walked in several minutes later) were ‘on break’. When he’s done with that drive through order he looks at me and says ‘that all’ I say no sir, I also need… Yells in my face the spiel again. It took probably 5 full minutes to place my order, and another 10 of standing there to get my food.

I waited at drive through menu for about 5 minutes, there were 4 cars ahead of me towards the window. No one came on the speaker so I figured it was broken and moved forward. After another 12 minutes waited in the car line, I arrived at the window. I told the guy I didn’t order at speaker because I thought it was broken. He asked me to drive back around because he couldn’t take my order at the window. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! YOU WANT ME TO SPEND ANOTHER 15-20 MINUTES IN LINE AGAIN!!! He insisted he could not take my order. I should have asked for a manager but just gave up and went home.

Well, I went to KFC/Taco Bell in Ardmore, TN. They messed up my orders several times and the food was disgusting. They did call to make it right, so I decided to give it one more try. The food was still horrible. They messed up my order three times last night(1-4-2023) and then tonight (1-5-2023) the chicken was nasty. The slaw was horrible and bitter. The tea tasted like it was two days old. The mashed potatoes were supposed to be large. I had one small serving in the bowl. The only thing good were the biscuits. This is the last time I will go to this one. I will travel 30 mins to an hour to go to others around my county. I appreciate the trying to fix it, but until they can get the quality of the food better and the employees to fix the orders correctly, I won’t be back. I am not the only one around here that feels this way. This place needs some serious serious help/changes. Maybe they should have someone from the upper management to come in as as “customers” and see exactly what folks are complaining about. It will take more than one visit. Because you need to experience all the times we had to experience.
