Refried chicken from yesterday. Delivery to my door, today. I called with my concern. She hung up on me. I called back, asked for the Manager…The same voice said, “Speaking.” I have been nothing but nice and polite. She wasn’t. That is fine. February 15th, 2026.1:11 PM. I will never go back to any KFC. I did state that I wanted to return the food. However, I elected to feed the neighborhood cats. They declined the meal… I am having pizza and wings for dinner. I will never enjoy a meal from KFC again.

Me and my daughter stopped here to eat at 6:54 pm on a Thursday night. They had nothing except for thighs and legs and we don’t eat either one. So we went across the road to Long John silver’s. Problem solved.

We stopped in for lunch, and we both had the 3 piece tender meal. The food was good, but the service was better! The staff at the counter was friendly and helpful, and the employee ensuring a clean dining room experience went above and beyond to clear our trays and share a smile and a hello with us. It’s not very often that you see employees taking pride in their work, but I saw this today at this location. Thank you, KFC. We enjoyed our visit.

Staff seemed disorganized, started in drive thru but nobody answered when I pulled up to the speaker. I sat for a couple of minutes before I decided to go in and order. Not a long line inside but had to wait at least 15 minutes to receive my order.

The manger is ALWAYS RUDE. she’ll serve people who come in after you, before you. The door dash orders are NEVER completed by the time they’re supposed to be and will do other orders that come through while your still standing there waiting for yours.
