Food turned out good. Ordered 8 pieces, received 7. Charged individually, which was several dollars more than a special they didn’t offer me, which was on a counter placard at waist level height. Highly unprofessional managers shouting at employees and telling them in a lobby full of customers to take no more orders until they resolved an order backup. Not a good experience. Won’t be returning.

This is one if not the nastiest KFC I have been in. Floors nasty, garbage overflowing, drink machine nasty with spilled drinks and melted ice everywhere, garbage in floors and EVERY single table nasty with old food and straw wrappers everywhere. Watched multiple workers walk around and none of which cleaned anything. Even the glass doors on the warmer/cooker that holds the chicken were brown with grease. Chicken appeared to be day(s) old & the fries re-heated. Spent $32 for 3ppl to eat and we threw it away and left..!!!!!! I’m really not sure how this place passes any inspection and should list food poisoning as a side item on the menu..!!! I hate to even imagine how nasty the kitchen is and the bugs and rats that live back there.. PLEASE, IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH DO NOT EAT THERE..!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Very rough all around. The food was alright but we had to wait 45 mins for a pot pie and was missing biscuits. The drive through has a massive pit in it. The reason the service was rated low is because we were told 10 mins than 20 mins and finally got it like 45ish mins later

Used the app to order, hot fresh food was on the pickup rack seven minutes later with my name on it.
The app promised I was ordering a “Taste of KFC 6 piece meal deal”- with four biscuits and a side of each : mashed potatoes, coleslaw, Mac-n-cheese and corn.
My error- I did not look at the food when I picked it up. The app had converted the four sides into four French fries.
After driving the 30+ miles home and finding the order error, I called the store. A pleasant employee shared that the app does what it wants, and apologized that the order was not as indicated on the app. But she did not seem surprised by the error.
Shame on me for trusting the app, but take note KFC- the faulty app is costing you my future business. Buyer beware.

I will never recommend any one here. I ate there last night and woke up with food poisoning. Food was garbage. Fries was greasy. Never ever ever eat here

I love KFC but this one is not good. Everytime I have been there it been bad..definitely not the KFC I know. I dont know what happened but will not be returning. It was so bad I could not even eat it. Not worth the money at all.
