I had a wonderful experience at KFC! The store was very clean and well-maintained, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I especially want to highlight the manager, Toya—she was so nice and welcoming. Her positive attitude and warm personality truly stood out and made a great impression. Driving in from Chicago yesterday and decided to pickup some chicken on the way home. Tried calling 17 times in 40 minutes and line was busy. We ask for all dark meat so wanted to give team extra time to have ready. We figured it was busy since Covington store is closed. Much to our surprise the lot was empty and so was the store? We called the number again inside and guess what, it rang once and went busy. We heard it ring. I figured they had the phone forwarded to another line to not have to answer. We requested dark meat and when we got home it was mixed with breast, so 50.00 of chicken was wrong. Common KFC, you are better than this.

So disappointed in the honey bbq wings! They are either stingy with the bbq sauce or they just don’t care! I went back to get more sauce for wings, and she gave me a small bowl with maybe 1 teaspoon of sauce. I said that’s not enough, and she said she wasn’t allowed to give more sauce. KFC needs to coat each wing in sauce!

They’ve gone downhill recently. The last 2 times I’ve been by there they were out of something. Today they told me they didn’t serve Dr Pepper, they were out of sweet tea, and they didn’t put the pie pops in the box. When I discovered they had omitted that I went back.
The girl at the windows looked around abd said we out of those, do you want a biscuit?
I told her no, I wanted the pie pops. And I left.

Order a nugget meal just 1 and have been sitting for over ten minutes. They always pull you up to wait for your food. I assume because if they seen their drive thru line wait time they would get in trouble for that. I had three other cars sitting beside me all waiting for food. They’re always so rude waited all that time to not even get the sauce I wanted either still has to go inside ‍♀️ I hate this place

I was craving a chicken sandwich
The first time I went I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes finally got to the window ordered my sandwich and the lady asked do I want to wait. Ummm No. So I left. Second time I went I ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles..I got chicken nuggets and 8 pickles. I’m not ever going back there again.

Literally lied to us both about a promotion that was going on. Being very rude about it. Told us both it had been stopped yesterday. Because they was lossing money. So, We drive over to the Dyersburg, TN one. To find out the one in Ripley, TN lied. The store had chose not to participate in the promotion in Ripley TN KFC. Lost our business. Good job. We knew something was up when we changed the address in the app. The last time we ordered at this place. The food was not worth it. Only because of this promotion. We tried again. We was right the first time. The manager was even rude to someone while we were just asking about the promotion. Thanks but no Thanks. From the almost empty parking lot with 3 cars We should have realized to walk away. Dyersburg, TN made up with a smile and more.
