Saturday, middle of lunch rush… extremely busy as there were only 3 people working… the staff was more than polite, helpful and went above and beyond… had to wait on fresh chicken to come up… not a problem for us… who doesn’t like fresh hot chicken! The reviews on here do not reflect the excellent service we received today. Keep it up!

They are always very kind, however, my order is almost always wrong. Storm knocked our power out and I have 5 children (1 very picky eater) So, like any parent would do, I ordered what I knew they would eat, a bucket of chicken and 3 sides of mac n cheese. But, the wonderful guys at KFC decided I needed a bucket of chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy, and cold slaw instead… I am ALWAYS feeding my family of 7 so it’s never a cheap order and this is not the first time they have changed my order without notifying me.

I ordered 8 piece meal. I received 1 breast, 3 legs & 3 wings. I was expecting 2 breast, 2 legs, 2 wings, 2 thighs. I went through the drive thru and didn’t take everything out of the bag and count. I didn’t find this out till I got home. Seems to me that they don’t want repeat customers. I won’t go back as this is too expensive of an error.
