Manager Mr Hines was awesome! He was a delight as soon as I walked in! I had a mobile order that wasn’t ready yet so we chatted at laughed while waiting for it to be ready. He made sure all my sauces, food and utensils were in the bag hot and fresh!

Yes, this Location does everything it can in this area especially want to give a shout out to the management team, but also Mr. Hines he shows an effort I believe I guess according to your competitor, which is right next-door his concern was you know passing the inspection and that’s so important for the food service so Mr. Hines a manager tonight this is on a Sunday night on the 21st. I am not joking when I say this is the best KFC I’ve been to in a long time. We even went twice in one week getting the family meal just to see if it would be as good the second time. Did not disappoint. Best one in town. And seriously, whoever makes the biscuits deserves a raise.

2 stars since the food taste as normal and the employee I encounter was nice. My review is more for the lack of servings given. I paid $50+ for a 16 piece family meal that comes with 4 LARGE sides. As I tried to capture in the pictures, the containers are not even filled full at all! One potato looks to have 2 scoops while the other looks to have 1 1/2 scoops if that. If someone is ordering a 16 piece family meal, we are obviously not just feeding 2-4 people. The large containers should be filled with the food because that is what we are paying for! The old containers were filled more than this! Also, I’m pretty sure KFC already faces litigation for this same issue of advertising full containers and not delivering it.

This location is clean and has plenty of tables. Service was fast and the staff was friendly. However, food seemed to have been reheated many times before it was served to us. Chicken was dry and some parts were overcooked. Mashed potatoes and biscuits were good. This location has outdoor seating available.

I paid nearly $5 for a large gravy on 6/4 at roughly 3:30pm and they gave me significantly less than half a container full. It was clearly the last of the gravy and them avoiding making more. What makes me so mad is the fact that it’s nearly $5 and they only gave me enough to fill a small container. By the time I realized, I was 20 minutes away at home. Will not be returning to this crappy KFC. The woman who served me had a chess game piece tattooed on her neck.

The cashier tried to play Billy Badass with me just for it to be the wrong order. Like I could’ve took someone else’s food. He told me to “confirm”, which means take a picture of the receipt photo and get the customer’s address, when he could’ve told me to show him my phone, which I wouldn’t have minded, because I do it at any other place, because half the damn time people can’t understand me when I talk. Then, even when I tried to tell him it was the wrong order, he tried arguing with me saying it was, even after I showed him the name, again, and then another employee had to tell him what was on the delivery shelf to start with was the wrong order. So bottom line, if you’re gonna try to play Billy Badass with me, have your facts straight first. I am SO much better at my job when I don’t have nosey people butting in and trying to mess me up
