Came in order two piece online they were trying to figure out if I had a different order the chicken was kind of old and I could have made my own drink the lady made my drink with some type of other substance in cup so it made me less inclined to drink you at pour out whatever she put in there and make me another drink that I could see overall I’ll never go back

Waited 25 minutes for my small order during a slow time and it was still wrong when I got it. They told me it would take another 30 minutes to cook the crispy chicken I had ordered! I asked for a refund and the manager started complaining about me to the other workers even though they were in the wrong.

They said i had to wait 5 mins for some nuggets so no problem. 20 mins later no one still hasnt brought my food out so i went inside and asked them what’s going on because there was only me and another customer there and they said we still haven’t dropped the nuggets so i asked for a refund and it takes them 15 mins to do that. Decided on kfc for dinner and got the 8 piece meal.when I got home to eat we found that there was only 3 pieces of chicken edible the rest of the pieces were small and dried out.this is something that should have went in garbage and not counted as a piece of chicken. Not only was it way higher than it use to be now we get garbage in our box and counted as 8. The sides were fine but my family wanted chicken.. I will never return if this is how much they love their customer..

They have great Service, The employers are very fast. The employee that was helping me was Bradley he was nice and made sure I had everything in my bag and my food was fresh, and they gave me all my sauce. Definitely my favorite KFC to go to!

Save your money the chicken is always dry and sitting in the hot box all day and honestly I have never seen such dry crunchy food. The potatoes was also not very good and for 32$ I wish I had learned my lesson the laat time I ate there and swore I would never eat there again. Threw the chicken out bc its so old
