I hadn’t ate there in a couple of years because the chicken always have broken bones. Very dangerous to eat because the bones are broken into shards.
I got a craving for kfc chicken and cole slaw today. Kfc used to have the best slaw. I got a thigh, leg, and a large slaw. The thigh was full of broken bone shards and the slaw was dry, no juice at all. It’s like someone squeezed the juice out before putting it in the bowl. I thought after a couple of years I would give it another try, but nothing has changed. That will be my last trip to kfc.

This was the first time in a very long time that we decided to eat here.. my hubby and I was in shock.. the service was spot on. The food was very good! Considering the last 5 times we have eaten here it was awful.

Placed a large order thru the app on 4/1/2024 at 8:30pm, food was supposed to be ready by 9pm. Get there pick up order only to find the lobby doors are locked but a whole soccer team being served & eating inside. Was told to go thru drive thru to pick up my order, but since my driver has epilepsy & they have parking lot light that flashes we were told they could bring it out to me, I said fine. I wait 10 min & the the manager? & coworker come out to tell me that they don’t have any of my order ready so they would cook all of it but they were also getting ready to close? so the way it sounded they didn’t wanna make my food. I said I had placed the order a half hour before coming to get it, they Said the inside customers sent their orders in before me, so they got served 1st, though you don’t normally see mobile orders being eaten inside the restaurant. I said fine just give me my money back, manager? said since I placed the order online they couldn’t refund my money, I would have to call the 1-800 number. Tried calling them for my refund only to get a recording saying to call back during normal operating hours. Which would be when??? It’s doesn’t say. So I paid almost $100 for an order I didn’t receive & I have yet to get my money back. I won’t ever try to eat here again so don’t bother trying give me free food coupons, that would just be a waste of time. I just want my money back, or I can report this as theft…..

When you can get your favorite chicken it’s great. I hate leaving anything that’s negative. But sometimes we must for the store we really like. I only leave this in hopes that the store can improve. I truly love KFC and I would hate to ever see it leave. But the last 6 times I went to KFC I was only able to leave with chicken twice. The other 4 times I was told (grab your hat for this) they didnt have any chicken. Yes, i was shocked too. Then I thought they were kidding or maybe I heard wrong. I dont hear as well as I would like these days. So I ask if I heard her correctly and she confirmed I had. No. It was not near closing time. I dont go for food that late. It was well up into the day each time.
Now if several people go for KFC 6 times and we all only get it twice I’m afraid they might not stay in business. I truly hope that the problem is corrected and everything is running smoothly in the future.

I went to KFC on my lunch, I was the only customer for 20 mins. They continued to not take my order. They looked at me multiple times, and stayed in the back spraying the water hose on the floor cleaning. I understand you’re cleaning, and getting stuff done… however, I was the only person, and wouldn’t even take my order. after 20mins of waiting I walked out due to me only getting a 30min lunch…. won’t be back.

I have only ever had one bad experience with my order being wrong before. But now after visiting this KFC over 10 times this year I can say it is generally a good buy. Recommended!
