The worst place I’ve ever been to. The worst service. My money wasted. I bought a combo meal, but I didn’t receive my complete order. When I got home, I realized my order was incomplete, and the food was all broken. I went back to complain about my chicken, and she was very dismissive. She told me they were already closed and to come back tomorrow, even though it hadn’t even been half an hour since I picked up my order. How is it possible that they give an incomplete order and then refuse to refund your money? I asked her to please give me my chicken or my money back, and she said no, closing the door in my face and turning her back on me. That’s not right to treat a customer. I will never return.

Always have a great experience at our local KFC – Foothills Dr! I usually stop in to pick up lunch, and they are consistently great about special requests. Even better, they remember regular faces and orders, which gives the place a real hometown feel instead of just “fast food.” They also have chicken livers back! Lot of folks happy about that one!
The restaurant is always clean and well-kept, and the staff is genuinely courteous and patient—even when some patrons aren’t. People… it’s chicken. They’re providing a service. Calm down and enjoy
Really appreciate this team and the positive attitude they bring every day.
My only “complaint”, if I was pressed for one, would be please add the green beans back to the app so I can order ahead! We are fortunate to still have a KFC in our town and great staff to keep it running!

Stopped in tonight to get a 8 bucket and kept asking for extra crispy and she kept telling me about the wait for original (18min). So after the 4th time explaining i want extra crispy some other lady came over and checked and that was a 25 min wait. Lobby have probably 8 people waiting for food. Now correct me if im wrong but Tuesday is one of your busiest nights right? Wouldn’t you be better prepared and not have such a long wait? 3 of us left after hearing wait times

KFC is really going downhill, y’all. I used to LOVE the $5 fillups, the pot pies were my favorite! Now, if they have them past 7 it’s a miracle. They used to offer to cook more if they ran out, now they won’t even do that. I would say they have them about 60% of the time, by my visits…which aren’t regular anymore. Perhaps I just have bad luck, and catch them on the worst days when they’re usually out. ‍♀️

Prices went up, so has everything else. I get it. But I personally feel it’s only fair to raise prices if you’re improving quality…or at the very least, holding a steady standard. They aren’t. There’s as much dark meat in the pies now, if not more, than white meat…I understand some, but I feel like nobody wants a mostly dark meat pot pie. It’s just not good. Then the last 2 times I’ve gone, the pot pies were only halfway full, seriously about a half inch from the crust. For that price, I can get 2 Marie Calenders from the store and cook them at home myself.

My kids like their nugget kid meal…they also used to be a LOT better. We got shorted one each on our last visit…guess they’re more concerned about getting orders out quickly than providing consistency or good customer service. I would have gladly waited a few minutes to let them drop fresh food, even pulled around to the front, as to not screw their timer up… but that wasn’t offered, i was just rushed away. Fries were also soggy and rubbery at the same time, somehow…obviously old. Just yucky. I’ll grab some popcorn chicken and cook it at home before I spend money on a meal my kids won’t even eat.

Last time we went inside will be the last time we do. Everything was sticky…tables, the menu placards on the counter, and the floors. The floors were actually SO sticky, I had to soak my shoes when I got home… not even kidding. This was a few months ago, but I definitely didn’t forget it. Again, being charitable, perhaps there was some catastrophe —machine broke down, kid threw a milkshake or soda, etc…it happens—but when I NICELY said something to the lady at the counter taking orders, she didn’t seem bothered AT ALL. And while we were there (only about 15 minutes or so, I was ready to go) they never brought out the mop or even a fresh wet towel to wipe down tables and booths. They weren’t busy. There were 3 people in the office on their phones and the computer, talking, I’m sure one could have been spared to handle it…but nope. Not even as people are walking in and looking down immediately as their shoes are sticking to the ground, and making that awful sound they make when they’re stuck to tile and you lift them up. It was obvious things needed cleaned, and it just wasn’t a priority to anyone—including the manager, who was one of the 3 in the office at the time.

So after that, I gave it a few more chances in the drive thru…and get bad quality every time, and the people at the speaker and window just aren’t friendly or happy to be serving customers at all. They aren’t outwardly or obviously rude—most of the time, though Lord forbid you ask if they’ll cook you a fresh pot pie, then it’s incredulity or an annoyed refusal—but I don’t think it’s asking too much to just have a friendly tone, a smile, and actually WANT to give the customer a nice, positive experience. Sadly, that is overall more rare these days, and KFC isn’t an exception. ‍♀️

Went in after work for a $20.00 fill up box. Thought the quantity of food for the price was a good deal. Went in and the girl at the register was nice and took the order. After a short wait I got my food. Nobody was there but me and another guy. Not busy at all. When I got home as you can see by the pictures I have no sauces whatsoever. There’s a spot on the box for four sauces and the receipt lists the four sauces. This ruined the meal for my kids that like sauces with their nuggets and fries. Very irritating that you can’t do your job and put the sauce in there. The nuggets were good but needed sauce. The chicken was over cooked and tuff. The fries were good but I like to dunk them in KFC sauce. The biscuits were fluffy and light. The absolute best part of the meal was the coleslaw. I would have been very satisfied with this meal had I not had to listen to my kids complain about no sauce. I love a good deal and definitely would have had a better experience if people cared enough to just do the bare minimum and put the sauce in the box. Lee’s may cost more but it’s always good and done right. I’ll always pay more for better service and food.

I’d advise everyone not to get the Korean bbq bowl. It’s almost entirely just warm coleslaw with about 7 fries beneath that are soggy with the warm coleslaw liquid. Most everything else I’ve tried here was really good though.

The food was good and inside of restaurant looked okay. But the common area maintenance appears to be non existent. There is so much trash all over there parking lot and blown into the grass and in the woods in the back of restaurant to the point where it looks like the local land fill . If it was just a little trash I would never leave a review. Yall are making Maryville look trashy. There was also parafinalia around the parking lot.
