Just ordered chicken wings at Loudon location with help of Tyler on register who also was training. Was very knowledgeable & very polite with customers. Ask him about prices with wings with& without sides. He informed me precisely with confidence!! Recommend more people like Tyler as your employees. My complaint is most of time ate not trained well enough to do his job right. Not fair to not let him progress up the ladder due to stupidity people so Pl consider him for better positions available. With good training he would make manager or district manager in future. Definitely needs better pay for his abilities. Local customer

Review: For drive thru sign only. There needs to be lights inside of it. The parking lights is just glaring on the board. The board is also not very close to the curb & it’s behind the order screen. The sign needs a major upgrade to be properly functional.

I’m kinda disappointed. I’ve been craving kfc all day and finally ordered some and was not pleased. I payed for sauces that I never received, the chicken tasted old (either old fryer oil or the chicken itself was old), all my mashed potatoes didn’t have gravy, which is saddening, The guy at the drive thru window just shoved the food at us and closed the window, not one word said

Food was completely uneatable. Chicken was old and there was no meat and bones were visable at first glance. The rest of my food was old as was evident by the crusty, hard bits that were in my mac. I am shocked people are still coming here. I will say the cashier at front was very nice and fast.
