It’s actually not just a KFC but a Taco Bell as well. On top of that you order both from the same counter. If you’re ever up Rocky Top TN way it’s a good choice. Clean, polite, quick and most importantly the food was fresh and hot. I also like the fact you can order a burrito and Fries at the same time. I’ll be back.

First time here. Will not be returning. Very very rude and dismissive employees. The very large man who works here is exceptionally terrible at customer service and very rude. The old lady has an attitude as well. Waited 20 minutes so far and 2 people came in to get refunds for waiting so long and the same man was so rude to them. Definitely needs to be fired. Food was fine. Took forever to get here. Waited a half hour.

Well, we stopped here for a bite on the run and to use the bathrooms. The food was fine, the service was ok. It was clean. The bathroom stalls had door so small and so high off the ground that I was worried that someone could see most of me in the stall.
Definitely don’t recommend it for a bathroom stopover when you’re traveling.

Big guy with the name tag J was considerably rude to a group of dark colored teenaged customers in front of me and said sorry to a lady about “those kinds of people”. Also was very rude to some DoorDash girls and told them he’s not worried about delivery’s only the people in the store. I ended up not purchasing and walking out. Very rude don’t recommend.

I was here for a spicy chicken sandwich big-box meal. Regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory. I patiently waited for nearly 50 minutes before finally receiving my order. Patrons who had placed their orders after me were served before I was. Only after all the other customers had departed did I receive my meal. This situation left me feeling as though it was a deliberate oversight. The level of service is unacceptable.

Stood there waiting for 10 minutes, if not more, waiting on my order. I could see what I thought was it, but I’ve been wrong before. 4 or so people could see me waiting. Then finally the main dude pointed at me and asks what I’m waiting on. I say, “Order for Michael.” He walks back and checks, and brings it to me and says, “You should’ve said something bud.” Yet if I would’ve said something, I would’ve been told that it wasn’t it or he was waiting on something. So I think it’s best to be patient. I understand that your job can be hard sometimes, but damn, getting completely ignored? Yet he yells out other people’s names. Why couldn’t he have yelled out my name? That’s just asking for a bad review

The chicken was delicious! I thought the floor a bit messy but an employee started taking care of it so it was all good. Table cleaning crew need to be a bit more attentive. Mngr was very nice.
