I have never had a rude employee here. There are some genuinely nice folks working at this establishment. However, every time I place an order here they always forget multiple items, and the food I do receive is not edible by human standards.

HORRIBLE!! I love getting the famous bowls, but everytime, literally EVERYTIME I come through I’m waiting for at least 15-20mins, some times they even forget you’re waiting and you have to remind them but this time I was waiting for “fresh” chicken. Literally have me half fresh and the rest of the nuggets are hard as a rock! This is ridiculous. Never coming back again.

I am not sure what the issue is with facility manager in the area. This is a simple inexpensive fix. Its really a shame. The store was updated. This is not only ugly, its a potential for health issues. Its mold and mildew on the ceiling. I will gladly remove this review if confirmed that this issue is resolved. 1’×1′ celing tiles and cleaning. No more than 200-300 repair. Service was good, food was good. I just dont understand this oversite.

Went through the drive-through yesterday around 5 PM and had a very frustrating experience. The woman taking my order was extremely rude — she actually yelled at me and said, “That’s not my problem.” I had ordered a two-piece original, and I ended up waiting in the line for 45 minutes. Totally unacceptable service. Won’t be coming back.

My husband and I are locals and went through the drive thru about half an hour ago. We were greeted with “it’s gonna be a minute.” And then followed by a long wait behind a long line of cars. That’s not a problem for us. What is a problem is, I asked the cashier how her night was, she replied with “shitty. As usual.” I gave her $26 cash for the order and she gave me back all buckles then said “I owe you about 10 cents.. I’m sure I have a dime on me somewhere.” Then proceeded to check her pockets. I told her to forget about the 10 cents, and she replied with “oh, ok” like it’s normal. She then began helping on the line to get food ready, but did not wash her hands, nor did she wear gloves. I’m sorry but this woman also appeared like she hadn’t showered in some time, so I presume she’s not the cleanest.Then we waited another 10/15 minutes for our food. There was a guy who was running the finished food to the guests car. After he would deliver the food and turn around to go back into the store he would hit his vape a few times and then go grab more food to be ran. In the time it took him to go get our food and bring it to us, I’m sure he didn’t wash his hands either. We checked our food and we were missing a side of fries. My husband went in and waited about 10 minutes before the same rude cashier lady yells “why are they parked there.” Talking about my car because she has asked us to move forward to wait on our food. My husband replied to her and explained they forgot our fries after a now 30 minute horrible experience. For fast food. She served him the fries, and then he said “thank you.” And she said “yeah.” My husband was obviously upset and in the end, this woman LAUGHED ABOUT IT. Idk who is running this place, but something has to change and it has to start with its employees. The fries we received should not even be served to the public and my chicken was completely saturated and soggy by the time we got home. We heard good things about this KFC and have given it 3 tries now and come to the decision we’ll never go back here again. Here is a picture of the fries we were given. Bummer.

Stopped by KFC around 6pm and saw one of the workers in a gray shirt on her phone the entire time while others were doing all the work And when she finally got off her phone!! She asked me are u ready to order yes l’ve Been waiting 15 minutes. Not to mention I’ve been to this location multiple times and seen her on her phone near the food. And One of the workers said she’s New on the front doesn’t matter why are you on your phone? You’re working Do better

This location has a hard time I think. The food was 2 3 pc tender boxes and it was $18.99 I believe. Waited for 15 minutes after pulling ahead. The tenders were very tough. Strange though because they were freshly cooked. Anyway everyone was kind and it was clean.

Ordered ahead just to wait for the order then i asked if everything was here. The woman said yes. When I got home two items were completely missing. One sandwich was the wrong kind and the chicken was sloppy and mushy. I get that it’s only fast food but when you spend almost $40 to feed a family just for all of it to be messed up is very frustrating! Not worth the time or gas money.
