Welcoming, friendly, polite, hardworking, knowledgeable; also gives great recommendations if you’re unsure or just want to try something different, which is such a pleasant experience as a customer! That’s going above & beyond imo.
She’s just wonderful at her job overall. Hope she’s appreciated there!
Other employees I’ve interacted with have been just as sweet too, I’m just not as familiar with their names.
This location is clean and well-kept also; dining area, lobby & bathrooms, outside is maintained and inviting.

When I came in to eat with my grandmother, the staff was very friendly. We sat down and received the order quite quickly. The chicken was delicious, and my grandmother loved the coleslaw. It was a nice experience.

Five stars mostly because they serve a vegetable my son will eat, but last time we got stale biscuits and they were kind enough to replace them this time When I made them aware ….. and even gave us extra this time for free. Nowhere can be perfect all the time so I appreciate a place that rights their wrongs. Plus, very nice and friendly workers. I live right down the street from here and no complaints on this KFC, no real ones anyways, it’s a decent place to eat if you like KFC lol And me and my son vibe with the sides!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had here. Went through the drive thru and a bee was there so after taking my money the girls where trying to catch it and when my food came up they where in a hurry to give me my food and closed the window needles to say it got the 16 pc tender meal so I had to sit for a good couple of minutes for them to open the window back up so I can ask for some sauce. 3 ranch 3 BBQ and 3 buffalo so to conclusion the chicken was dry and the biscuits were hard and really 9 sauce cups for 16 pc chicken and 7 different people

I went thou drive thou today this afternoon August 31st 2025 around 2:35pm to 2:50pm and the girl that was working was rushing me and was rude and not good customer service at all and the drink carrier was broke and the 2 Large teas I got almost fell and after I got home try to drink it and the tea was not good at all. It was awful. And I have tried to call like 7 times and the phone must be off of the hook. I got 2 of the chicken liver meals with the 1 side and a drink. And she didn’t even give me a receipt. She was very unprofessional and rude!!!

Went through the drive thru and the girl taking orders was friendly but the girl handing them out and taking payments…looked at me with the worst gth look…zero personality..and the last few visits I have had were about the same experience. Rude..Please address this with your employees because I’ll just drive across town to the ft Henry store. At least I know I’ll have friendlier people serving me.

I love the nashville hot tenders but they ruined it for me. Asked for fresh fries and were told they just came up, got luke warm at best fries, and they just threw my biscuit into the box with my tenders (which no other kfc in the tri cities so it soaked up the sauce/oil from the chicken and was a soggy mess. They also gave me 2 pickles for 3 tenders.
