Chicken was old and came from frier oil that was nasty. Never seen chicken that looked that nasty sold in a restaurant. As a former cook, I would have thrown it away, not sold into customers. Will not be returning. $14.00 and change wasted on old nasty chicken. Should’ve had a bologna sandwich at home.

I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great and the lady working drive thru was so friendly.. the food was fast and very fresh, you can tell it wasnt just sitting there for hours.. I will Definitely go back here whenever im craving kfc.. some of them have a lot of work to do. Idk maybe I got lucky when I went, but this was actually very good.

I will NEVER revisit this location again!! I gave a 5 for service only because the new cashier was doing the best she could. Even though the manager and rest of crew ignored her questions when she was confused. The older biscuit lady is always there. I wanna think she’s the manager. There was 5 employes on the clock. Nobody stepped in to help her. The store was disgusting,to where if the heath department would have came in,you would have been in BIG trouble. The drink machine was broken and not cleaned up. The food was so bad,I wanted a refund but they made it impossible. The gravy on the potatoes was grease,no breading on the dry chicken. The worker handing out the food gave us the wrong order. When the cashier told him,he said that’s what she rung up,which was a lie. The young lady at the register wasn’t able to do the dining are because she was the only cashier. Yet the other employee’s were laughing drinking drinks on the floor. The one guy went into the ladies room for over 20 minutes I told him I was the mystery shopper and he shrugged his shoulders. I threw my food away and will never return. Give the young white lady a raise if she’s still there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO MY DOG!!

been to this place twice in the last week – and neither time had I actually eaten. I ordered the same thing each time – a spicy chicken sandwich and the first time got told it would take about 10 minutes to make. This was in the middle of the day. How’s it take 10 mins to make a chicken sandwich?
The other time I went, I ordered, and got the dreaded “pull up, we’ll bring it to you.” I did and after 10 mins, no food so I just gave up and left. Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother.

I only gave 3 stars only for the chicken, coleslaw, and customer service.
We eat at a lot of KFC over the United States. And they mashed potatoes and gravy was the worst.
The gravy was like water or you can say soup gravy and mashed potatoes tasted as it came from a grocery store. The instant mash in a box.
They also didn’t have baked chicken, which I really can’t complain about because some do and some don’t.
I have to say the chicken tastes pretty good and fresh. The breast of chicken was huge.
The coleslaw was fresh and not super runny.

The place was not clean they had stand nasty water were you get your drink at one of the workers was on the phone and other worker was getting a drink and one lady who was there need some help but no one was there to help her out one of lady was mean I will not be going back to that place so if anyone decides to go here beware!!!!

This is the worst fast food restaurant in Chattanooga. Have been told many times I would have to wait 20 min for my chicken. It’s a chicken place…why don’t you ever have chicken ready. Terrible service.

I’ve been coming to this KFC on and off for years, and while I’ve never had a bad experience myself, I’ve seen paying customers deal with rude employees here before. This time, it was my turn to face their unprofessional behavior, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. I believe they compete on who can give the worst attitudes/service.
I went through the drive-thru for convenience, excited for some crispy chicken, only to be told they only had original recipe left. Disappointed but fine, I settled for a fill-up box with tenders, thinking at least they’d have some crispiness. After paying and getting my drink, I politely asked for just one extra straw. The drive-thru employee snapped, “We don’t just give out straws,” and slammed the window in my face to start preparing drinks for the car behind me. I was stunned by her attitude over such a simple request.
I parked and went inside to address this, only to see a massive pile of straws at the drink station, free for anyone to take. So, I grabbed a few. As I did, I overheard the drive-thru employee, the cooks, and even the manager behind the counter bad-mouthing me, getting defensive over straws. It was almost laughable how worked up they were over something so trivial. I walked out with my extra straws, shaking my head at the absurdity.
To top it off, I checked my bag and found three plastic spoons—but they couldn’t spare a single extra straw? The employees here seem ready to start drama over the smallest things. It’s clear customer service isn’t a priority at this location.

I order through the app here all the time, and the experience is always consistent. The staff works hard and keeps things moving with fresh, hot food. Everyone’s always friendly and helpful—it’s rare to find a team that stays this on point!
