I’m not someone who ever leaves a review but before I even pulled out of the parking lot I knew I was going to. I work in the service industry and I know how it is. There is literally no reason to be as rude as the cashier was to me. Based off the receipt his name is Skyler though I’m not sure that’s correct since I was interacting with an older man. Could not have been more rude if he tried and I will not be eating here ever again. Times are tough and we all have bad days, so try not to spread that negativity.

I stopped to pick up something quick for dinner. My order wasn’t hard, (2) #5 meals with potatoes/gravy & (1) LG Green Bean. The lady in the window was not friendly at all & I was told to pull up & wait. 15 mins later someone brought out my order & it had (1) #5 meal with potato logs & the green beans. I told her that isn’t what I ordered, repeated the order to her, and she went inside to get it fixed. 10 mins later (25 mins total of waiting) she brought my order back out & said “she put some extra strips in for you”. There were two boxes & the green beans in the bag so I just ASSumed everything was correct (bad judgement). I got home & set the food out, (2) #5 meals WITH FRIES & green beans. No extra strips were in the bag, and the ones that were in there were cold & hard. I did call corporate & make a complaint, they were very friendly & apologized profusely (this is not the first complaint called in on the Winchester location, SURPRISE!!). Pretty sure they hire the most rude, illiterate people to grace Franklin County. If you want decent food for the amount of hard earned money you spend, Winchester KFC is NOT the place you want to eat at.

We like KFC but in Winchester they are always outta chicken around dinner time. We have tried to eat there and every time we go we either wait or are told it’ll be 10 to 15 mins. Staff is rude and the place is generally dirty.

I was forced to click a star just so that I can wrote a review. ZERO STARS ACROSS THE BOARD. SHUT THE PLACE DOWN IT IS A DISGRACE TO KFC. The employees that I have encountered here do NOT know how to treat people. They are smart mouths with terrible attitudes towards life.

Picked up dinner from this location this evening. Got home to find a very dried out bucket of chicken. Looked like it had been cooked for lunch and then left in the hot box for the rest of the day. Most of it went in the garbage. The potatoes and gravy were good. I guess $30.00 for potatoes and gravy is a real deal. Don’t waste your time or money at this KFC. Go get you some gas station chicken, it has to be better.

The restaurant was recently remodeled and is very clean. the buffet looked outstanding but I didn’t choose to do that since I was ordering carry-out. the lady at the cash register was very friendly and very concerned that I had to stand there and wait for 5 minutes for my freshly cooked chicken. It wasn’t a big deal I know that chicken can’t instantly be created. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken and it was delicious and it is good and spicy like I like it. it was very busy in the Drive-Thru but the inside dining area was not that busy it would be a pleasant experience to eat in. they have wheelchair accessibility I’m not sure about high chairs but they do have a nice seating area. Once in a while you just want some KFC.

1 out of the 2 meals had the 5 piece chicken strips had 2 good pieces underneath was 3 little pieces to make a 1 full strip that was burnt and hard. No sauces. No biscuit.

: At 5:30 they were out of chicken so we had to wait 20 minutes. We decided to get tenders since it was only a 5 minute until they would be done. I was at the drive thru when this young man ask for my order. I told him I had 2 orders at which time he starting yelling through the speaker that if I had 2 orders he wasn’t taking but 1 I could come inside. He preceded to tell me that he was tired of big orders. I told him mine were not large orders. He then took my orders. When I paid for my order I was told to pull up and wait. After about 2 or 3 minutes a female hung halfway out the drive through window yelling that we needed to park somewhere else. It was a very bad situation and I won’t will ever go back there. Either fix it or close down, I’m tired of wasting $$ there!!! Really 1 star is too good
