This is the worst KFC in the area, I can go 20 minutes up the road and get good food 8/10 times but this one ! Maybe 1/10 I don’t know what has happened to this restaurant but it definitely needs a revamp on the food or just shut it down and put something at least decent there. Food is always old no matter what time you go, and it’s just weird texture and taste wise. Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful but for the price of their food I definitely think they should do better in both departments! Tullahoma has the worst fast food in the area…….

Ordered honey BBQ wings not realizing In tiny print it also included hot n spicy sauce. The order board said wings fries n drink 1799 but when u ask they said oh it’s not a combo fries n drink separately. Only could stomach 3 of the 12 wings I got n not for long. They came back up quickly. Fries were hard n cold. My wife said her pot pie was good though. Terrible experience if your not gonna bring back the buffet please close down.

It seems like this place is ran by children they never have enough food cooked they tell you it’s going to take 25 minutes to cook the chicken and when you finally get your order it’s wrong it seems like after they took the food bar out everything went to hell so truthfully they really do need somebody else running that store or close it down and put something there that will respect their customers and make sure that people are getting money’s worth of their food

Terrible food was terrible cold chicken and overcooked and fries are cold to hard as a rock biscuit and mashed potatoes were like concrete and so was macaroni and cheese it all seemed like it had been sitting there since 10 this morning at we ate 2. Terrible will not be back and it will be shut down with the way they run this place will not be back.

Kfc needs to go ahead and shut down some locations. Tullahoma location used to be good now it’s garbage. The chicken sandwich was breading and tough and the chicken was so dried out I couldn’t eat it. The bread looked like it had been sweating in the paper. The fries looked like they soaked up all the grease. The only thing I could eat was the plain nuggets. The soda was good also. I spent $12.01 for a 5 piece nugget and med soda because everything else wasn’t edible.
