Stopped in the restaurant around dinner time on monday. Was having trouble figuring out how to order
special. Manager came over and told me what I needed to do. Food was prepared promptly and very friendly. Young man at drive up and front counter was very good and helpful. I live an hour a way and this is our store we come to when we want kfc.
Staff before this team were not very friendly. This group here are keepers!!

Stood at the counter and waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order. The workers were just standing around talking. No one was in the drive thru. The workers said they would help us but instead they all walked to the back including the older lady manager. We continued to wait but they would not wait on us. They were in the back laughing and yelling. This has happened the last six times we have come here. This place is a joke and deserves to be investigated by corporate.

Their fries are addictive to me. Like every time I order I always get a large side of fries. Always. Never disappointed in the times I ordered. I usually get the 7$ fill up bowl meal but with the changes I make to it being large sides I’d still say it’s worth it. Tried their lemonade with vanilla cream and man it’s delicious. Their nuggets too always are good. Great staff, no complaints from me.

Chicken strips always undercooked and tough as a 3 dollar steak! This is the absolute worst KFC in Tennessee! No pride in Quality and I’m out 30 bucks ! Never aging !

I placed an order for three chicken pot pies. They made me aware that it would be 20 minutes I said okay. I go to the window to pay and the manager come to me to confirm did I really want the chicken pot pies! What is up with placing an order and them confirming did you really want that order cuz we have to cook it? Did I really they not want to work is it really that hard to put it in the oven? I’m really curious to why they have this demeanor at the Soddy Daisy location! It is not the first time this has happened. This could be the main reason they are losing so much business as well!

My card was double charged, I told the girl at the window it went through the first time because I could see it on my account and she argued that it didn’t so she ran my card again! Food is mid, sometimes not cooked all the way and fries taste leftover.

Food was alright, the girl behind the counter didn’t know the names of the sauces and had to go find a manager to get a honey mustard. She didn’t know what honey mustard was. Other than everything was fine.
